翅片管空气冷却器传热系数模型
[Abstract]:Taking finned tube air cooler with phase change in tube as the research object, a reasonable correlation formula of heat transfer coefficient of finned tube air cooler is constructed by means of dimensional analysis and functional analysis. Taking the ammonia pump liquid type air cooler as the experimental research object, a multi-factor and multi-level experimental scheme was designed, such as structure parameters, face wind speed, reservoir temperature, driving temperature difference and liquid supply ratio, etc. The heat transfer coefficient at different measuring points was measured by calibration box method. Using the test data and the correlation as the objective function, the correlation formula suitable for the calculation of the heat transfer coefficient of the ammonia pump air cooler is established by nonlinear fitting method. The relative error between the calculated value and the measured value of the correlation formula is 卤10%, and the heat transfer coefficient in the partial tube is larger than the heat transfer coefficient outside the tube, which accords with the general law of the heat transfer coefficient distribution of the air cooler, and proves that the heat transfer correlation is reasonable and accurate. At the common design point of ammonia pump air cooler, the calculated value of the correlation formula is about 1.111.30 times that of the design experience, which indicates that the heat transfer area can be saved by 1130% and the economic benefit can be improved by adopting the correlation design method for this type of air cooler.
