感性理念在重型机械涂装设计中的应用

【摘要】:摘要:随着中国建设的发展,城市施工与改造增多,城市内的重型机械数量增加,而施工时产生的工业垃圾与粉尘废料多让人反感,庞大的体积也让人们产生压迫与紧张感。人们在对其进行科技环保设计的同时,并没有对产品外形进行同步设计。 通过与企业沟通发现,重型机械的产品周期短,施工工艺复杂,对于不断更新产品的市场竞争阶段压力甚大,而涂装正可以解决此类问题。这不仅降低了成本,也可使产品焕然一新,亦可使产品本身更加具有艺术色彩,在为企业宣传的同时,也美化了城市形象。而涂装本身的材料属性,也可增加产品强度,涂装的样式也可增加产品的功能性与实用性。 本文首先了解重型机械涂装的现状与存在的问题,结合搅拌站涂装基形意象、完形意象与统一意象的感性属性之后,提出感性设计方法(SD法)对重型机械产品涂装设计量化的可行性,并针对机械涂装的要素来进行感性设计方法论证。之后运用感性设计,对北汽福田搅拌站涂装进行定位与设计,得出遵循感性设计方法的搅拌站涂装设计输出。通过提出这样的分析研究应用,将有助于设计者以专业的眼光与感性的设计理念去理性系统的认知设计过程,扩大我们运用感性设计方法的范围,提高运用技巧。 总之,本文以感性理念为基础来研究重型机械产品涂装设计的方法,在过程中总结了一些涂装的感性设计理论,并通过对这些理论的分类研究,拟在北汽福田混凝土搅拌站的后期设计上,将搅拌站涂装进行感性设计理念的量化处理,再设计搅拌站涂装,使涂装在优化企业理念,材料工艺,城市形象与市场销售中提供更有力的设计方法与理论支持。

The technology and environment-friendly design of the product is carried out, and the shape of the product is not synchronously designed. Through communication with the enterprise, it is found that the product period of heavy machinery is short, the construction technology is complicated, the pressure is very large for the market competition stage of continuously updating the product, and the coating is being used to solve such a question. this not only reduces the cost, but also makes the product brand new, can also make the product itself more artistic, and also beautifies the city shape while promoting the enterprise. For example, the material properties of the coating itself can also increase the product strength, and the pattern of the coating can also increase the functionality and utility of the product In this paper, the present situation and existing problems of heavy-duty mechanical coating are first understood. After combining the painting base image, the completion image and the perceptual attribute of the unified image, the paper puts forward the inductive design method (SD method) to quantify the coating design of heavy machinery products. It is feasible to design the inductive designer for the elements of the mechanical coating By means of the inductive design, the painting of the Beiqi Futian mixing station is located and designed, and the coating of the mixing station which follows the inductive design method is obtained. By putting forward such an analysis and application, it will help the designer to go to the cognitive design process of the rational system with a professional eye and an inductive design concept, enlarge the scope of the method of using the inductive design, and improve the transportation. In a word, the paper deals with the method of coating design of heavy machinery products based on the inductive concept. In the process, the inductive design theory of some coatings is summarized, and the classification of these theories is studied. In the later design, the painting of the mixing station is subjected to the quantitative treatment of the concept of the inductive design, and then the mixing plant is designed to be coated, so that the coating can provide a stronger design method in the optimization of the enterprise concept, the material process, the urban image and the market sales.
