中央空调水系统控制系统设计

【摘要】:随着经济的发展,人们更加注重于对生活质量的追求,对空调的性能也提出了更高的要求。空调是商场、办公大楼、地铁车站等建筑物中不可缺少的设备,空调的普遍使用尤其是中央空调的使用使得能耗进一步加大,在能源短缺的今天,中央空调水系统的节能优化变得尤为重要。本文针对中央空调水系统节能控制而设计一套基于S7-300系列PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)的控制系统。介绍了中央空调的工作原理、变流量控制方法和中央空调水系统控制策略的国内外研究现状;设计了以西门子S7-300PLC作为核心的集散控制系统,完成了控制系统驱动电路和控制电路的设计;利用STEP7编程环境完成了控制系统的软件设计,包括主程序、变频器通讯子程序、模糊PID子程序以及水泵变频运行与旁路运行控制子程序的设计;利用MCGSE组态软件完成了上位机监控画面设计;构建了PROFIBUS-DP和Ethernet两层通讯网络,以Ethernet网络实现PLC、触摸屏以及计算机三者之间的通讯,以PROFIBUS-DP网络实现PLC和变频器之间的数据通信;针对中央空调水系统大滞后、非线性的特点,设计了基于模糊控制理论的模糊PID控制器,并在MATLAB中进行仿真分析,验证了算法的优越性和可行性。通过仿真分析表明,模糊PID控制器能够让系统获得不错的瞬态性能、动态性能并且具有良好的抗扰动性和鲁棒性;本文所设计的两层通讯控制网络,提高了系统的可集成性和开放性,对系统的操作和监控变得更加简单方便,同时减小了现场调试的工作量。系统长期稳定运行结果表明,通过调节水系统的流量,极大的降低了能耗。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, people pay more attention to the pursuit of quality of life. Air conditioning is an indispensable equipment in shopping malls, office buildings, subway stations and other buildings. The widespread use of air conditioners, especially the use of central air conditioners, further increases energy consumption. Today, there is a shortage of energy. The energy-saving optimization of central air-conditioning water system becomes particularly important. In this paper, a control system based on S7-300 series PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is designed for energy saving control of central air conditioning water system. This paper introduces the working principle of central air conditioning, the method of variable flow control and the research status of water system control strategy of central air conditioning at home and abroad. The distributed control system with Siemens S7-300PLC as the core is designed. The drive circuit and control circuit of the control system are designed. The software design of the control system is completed by using the STEP7 programming environment, including the main program, the communication subroutine of the frequency converter, the fuzzy PID subroutine and the control subprogram of the frequency conversion and bypass operation of the pump. MCGSE configuration software is used to complete the monitor screen design of the upper computer. The communication network of PROFIBUS-DP and Ethernet is constructed, the communication between PLC, touch screen and computer is realized by Ethernet network, and the data communication between PLC and inverter is realized by PROFIBUS-DP network. A fuzzy PID controller based on fuzzy control theory is designed in view of the large lag and nonlinear characteristics of central air conditioning water system. The simulation analysis is carried out in MATLAB to verify the superiority and feasibility of the algorithm. The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID controller can make the system obtain good transient performance, dynamic performance and good anti-disturbance and robustness. The two-layer communication control network designed in this paper improves the integration and openness of the system, makes the operation and monitoring of the system more simple and convenient, and reduces the workload of field debugging. The results of long-term stable operation show that the energy consumption is greatly reduced by adjusting the flow rate of the water system.
