基于能耗模拟的精密空调温湿度协同优化控制

【摘要】:精密空调应用广泛,但在精密空调应用场所,空调系统能耗占场所总能耗的很大比例。为优化精密空调运行及节约能耗,建立基于能耗模拟的精密空调温湿度协同控制优化运行模型。采用热平衡理论,结合场所室内设备的散热功率及室外温度变化,建立室内温度设定值与空调负荷的热平衡方程;进一步考虑室内外相对湿度的差异,建立空调加湿与除湿的能耗平衡模型;并以空调运行的经济性和稳定性为目标,建立精密空调温湿度协同控制优化运行模型。采用理想点法和遗传算法对模型求解,实现兼顾稳定及经济性的空调运行方式的优化控制,最后通过算例分析证明模型的正确性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Precision air conditioning is widely used, but in precision air conditioning applications, the energy consumption of air conditioning system accounts for a large proportion of the total energy consumption of the site. In order to optimize the operation of precision air conditioning and save energy consumption, the optimal operation model of temperature and humidity cooperative control based on energy consumption simulation was established. The heat balance equation between indoor temperature setting value and air conditioning load is established by using the heat balance theory combined with the heat dissipation power of indoor equipment and the change of outdoor temperature. Considering the difference of indoor and outdoor relative humidity, the balance model of energy consumption between humidification and dehumidification of air-conditioning is established, and the optimal operation model of temperature-humidity cooperative control for precision air-conditioning is established with the aim of economy and stability of air-conditioning operation. The ideal point method and genetic algorithm are used to solve the model to realize the optimal control of air-conditioning operation mode, which takes into account both stability and economy. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the model are proved by an example.
