时间-温度指示器在疫苗运输包装中的应用

【摘要】：目的研究时间-温度指示器在疫苗运输包装上的运用。方法介绍了疫苗储运过程中失效的2个关键因素(时间和温度),以及国内外对时间-温度指示器的研究进展,探讨了TTI在疫苗运输包装中的应用。结果疫苗是一种特殊的商品,在运输和存储过程中对环境温度有着严格的要求,而且在疫苗的运输包装过程中,疫苗的失效也无法直接通过感觉器官来识别,具有一定的隐蔽性。结论将时间-温度指示器运用于疫苗的运输包装上,通过时间-温度指示器(TTIs)的颜色变化,可以直观准确地判断疫苗是否在有效期内,避免儿童接种失效的疫苗,同时可以避免疫苗的浪费,即可以保证疫苗的质量,保障预防接种的安全性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the application of time-temperature indicator in vaccine transport packaging. Methods the two key factors (time and temperature) of vaccine failure during vaccine storage and transportation were introduced, and the research progress of time-temperature indicator at home and abroad was also introduced. The application of TTI in vaccine transportation packaging was discussed. Results Vaccine is a special commodity, which has strict requirements for environmental temperature during transportation and storage, and the failure of vaccine can not be identified directly by sensory organs in the process of transporting and packaging vaccine. Have a certain degree of concealment. Conclusion the time-temperature indicator can be used in the package of vaccine transportation. The color change of time-temperature indicator (TTIs) can directly and accurately determine whether the vaccine is valid in order to prevent children from being vaccinated with invalid vaccine. At the same time, the waste of vaccine can be avoided, that is to say, the quality of vaccine can be guaranteed and the safety and effectiveness of vaccination can be guaranteed.
