基于生态住宅模式下的室内噪声污染模拟及控制研究

【摘要】:近代以来,随着科学技术的发展,人类高强度地开发和使用自然资源已经对自然环境造成了很大的破坏。近几十年的经济发展过程中,人们寻求了一种可持续发展的经济模式——循环经济。这一经济发展模式体现在人居环境建设领域可归纳总结为生态住宅的研究和发展上。 在国内社会经济日益发展的今天,公众的目光不仅局限于现已基本解决的温饱问题,而开始逐渐关注与生活紧密相关的环境问题。国内以粗放型和数量型为增长方式的相关产业,特别是建筑业采用手工化或半机械化操作程度较高,劳动生产率不及发达国家的二分之一,导致效率低、能耗高等问题引起了人们的重视和反思;一些住宅因规划设计水平不高,住宅的适用性与现代化住宅标准还有较大的差距,提升并优化住宅品质,强调室内环境的舒适感成为生态住宅所需考虑的重要方面。 现代建筑中各类噪声给业主带来不少烦恼,强烈的抱怨和频繁的投诉暴露出严重的声环境问题。本文通过利用建筑室内声环境模拟软件Odeon结合国内相关规范和导则,对室内环境噪声进行模拟预测。在前期设计阶段通过对使用状态、设计等方面的优化对比,得出影响室内声环境的因素,前置室内声环境评估,深化设计内涵,,为室内声环境控制提供强有力的依据,从而改善室内声环境。本文通过国内相关声环境规范,对住宅卧室书房声环境进行模拟,对理想状态、实际存在缝隙状态、开窗状态下的工况分别进行模拟,并采用相应的降噪措施对实际存在缝隙工况下进行声环境改造,通过装饰工程造价对声环境改造前后的经济指标进行分析,从而验证了声环境改造的经济可行性。通过模拟实验,总结生态模式下声环境的控制和预防,在生态住宅模式下全面地对声环境进行改造。
[Abstract]:Since modern times, with the development of science and technology, the high-intensity exploitation and use of natural resources have caused great damage to the natural environment. In the course of economic development in recent decades, people have sought a sustainable economic model-circular economy. This economic development mode can be summarized as the research and development of ecological housing in the field of human settlement environment construction. With the increasing development of domestic social economy, the public's attention is not only limited to the basic problem of food and clothing, but also to the environmental problems closely related to life. Domestic related industries with extensive and quantitative growth modes, especially the construction industry, have a high degree of manual or semi-mechanized operation, and their labour productivity is less than 1/2 of that of developed countries, resulting in low efficiency. The problem of high energy consumption has aroused people's attention and reflection. Because the level of planning and design of some houses is not high, there is still a big gap between the applicability of housing and modern housing standards. Improving and optimizing the housing quality, emphasizing the comfort of indoor environment has become an important aspect to be considered in ecological housing. All kinds of noise in modern buildings bring a lot of troubles to owners, strong complaints and frequent complaints expose serious sound environment problems. In this paper, the indoor noise is predicted by using the indoor acoustic environment simulation software Odeon combined with the relevant codes and guidelines in China. In the early stage of design, through the optimization of the use state, design and other aspects, the factors affecting the indoor acoustic environment, the assessment of the front indoor acoustic environment, the deepening of the design connotation, and provide a strong basis for the control of the indoor acoustic environment. So as to improve the indoor sound environment. In this paper, the sound environment of the bedroom study is simulated through the relevant sound environment norms in China, and the ideal state, the actual existence of the gap state, and the operating conditions in the open window state are simulated separately. The corresponding noise reduction measures are adopted to reconstruct the acoustic environment under the actual condition of gap, and the economic indexes before and after the reconstruction of the acoustic environment are analyzed by the cost of the decoration project, thus the economic feasibility of the reconstruction of the acoustic environment is verified. Through the simulation experiment, the control and prevention of sound environment under ecological mode are summarized, and the sound environment is completely reformed in ecological residence mode.
