双工位自动塞袋机系统的研究与设计

【摘要】:随着我国科技社会的不断发展,,人力成本的不断提高,企业越来越重视生产的效率和成本。在我国包装行业中,许多设备还非常落后,自动化水平也非常低下,有的甚至还是手工生产,这种状况极大的限制了行业和企业的发展。特别是复合包装袋的生产,绝大多数企业还是采用人工的生产方式,人工的方式不仅劳动强度大,而且效率低下。 针对这种情况,在经过大量的实验和分析的基础上,结合合作公司的具体要求,提出了双工位自动塞袋的工作方式,采用欧姆龙可编程控制器作为主要的控单元,采用欧姆龙触摸屏作为人机界面,根据工艺要求确定机械总体方案及各个功能模块,并选用PLC的型号及其扩展模块,编制系统控制软件。双工位自动控制的设计方案,不仅可以提高系统的稳定性和可靠性,还能大幅降低设计难度和设计成本。该方案可使复合包装袋的生产效率达到25个/分钟,大大提高了工作效率,不仅达到预期的目的,还具有一定的提升空间。本文主要内容如下: 1.根据复合袋包装袋的生产工艺及合作厂商的要求,确定了双工位自动塞袋机的总体设计方案和整体机械机构的设计。 2.根据具体机械结构提出了PLC与触摸屏结合的控制方式,通过PLC控制整个复合袋生产过程,通过触摸屏进行复合袋生产过程进行监控。 3.根据功能需要设计了双工位塞袋机的气动系统,通过详细的计算确定了重要气动元件的类型。 4.设计了控制系统的硬件结构,包括PLC及其扩展、伺服电机和步进电机、传感器、控制箱等部件;详细叙述了伺服系统的设计。 5.根据要求设计PLC系统控制程序及触摸屏监控程序,介绍了欧姆龙触摸屏编程软件NB—Designer的特点,介绍了触摸屏监控界面的登陆界面、主界面、系统参数界面、单步控制界面、报警界面;介绍了欧姆龙PLC编程软件CX—Programmer的特点,介绍了控制系统的总流程、及各个子程序流程。 6.研究了双工位自动塞袋机的调试方式,并对设计的结构和设计的创新性进行总结。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology society and the improvement of manpower cost, enterprises pay more and more attention to the efficiency and cost of production. In the packaging industry of our country, many equipments are still very backward, automation level is also very low, some even manual production, this kind of situation greatly limits the development of the industry and the enterprise. In particular, the production of composite packaging bags, the vast majority of enterprises still adopt artificial mode of production, manual method is not only labor intensity, but also low efficiency. In view of this situation, on the basis of a large number of experiments and analyses, combined with the specific requirements of the cooperation company, this paper puts forward the working mode of the double station automatic plug bag, which adopts the OMRON programmable controller as the main control unit, and makes use of the OMRON programmable controller as the main control unit. The OMRON touch screen is used as the man-machine interface, the overall mechanical scheme and each functional module are determined according to the technological requirements, and the model of PLC and its extension module are selected to compile the system control software. The design scheme of duplex automatic control can not only improve the stability and reliability of the system, but also greatly reduce the design difficulty and design cost. This scheme can make the production efficiency of the composite packing bag up to 25 / min, greatly improve the work efficiency, not only achieve the desired purpose, but also have some room for improvement. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. According to the production technology of the compound bag packing bag and the requirements of the cooperative manufacturers, the overall design scheme and the design of the whole mechanical mechanism of the double station automatic bag stopper are determined. 2. According to the specific mechanical structure, the control mode of the combination of PLC and touch screen is put forward. The whole production process of the composite bag is controlled by PLC, and the production process of the compound bag is monitored by the touch screen. 3. According to the need of function, the pneumatic system of double-station plug bag machine is designed, and the types of important pneumatic components are determined by detailed calculation. 4. The hardware structure of the control system is designed, including PLC and its extension, servo motor and stepping motor, sensor, control box and so on, and the design of servo system is described in detail. 5. The PLC system control program and touch screen monitoring program are designed according to the requirements. The characteristics of OMRON touch screen programming software NB-Designer are introduced. The landing interface, main interface, system parameter interface and single step control interface of touch screen monitoring interface are introduced. Alarm interface; This paper introduces the characteristics of OMRON PLC programming software CX-Programmer, introduces the general flow chart of the control system, and the sub-program flow chart. 6. The debugging mode of double station automatic bag stopper is studied, and the structure and innovation of design are summarized.
