基于微型制冷机的双光路冷镜式露点仪研究

【摘要】:为了满足高纯低温液体和工业气体水分含量精确检测的需求,研究了一种新型的冷镜式露点仪,采用微型制冷机作为冷源对测量冷镜进行降温,最低可达到-100℃。为了减少外部环境对特征信号的影响,光电系统采用双光路的设计方法,利用查差分信号的特征变化来寻找露点温度,并采用小波变换的方法进一步降低噪声的干扰,提高露点仪测量的精度和重复性。通过现场比对实验,露点温度在-80℃时测量精度仍能满足工业测量的要求。
