磁流变阻尼器力学性能及斜拉索减振应用研究

【摘要】:大跨度斜拉桥拉索由于质量轻、阻尼小及柔性大等特点,在风雨等外部激励下极易产生大幅振动,对拉索使用寿命和桥梁安全运营构成威胁,拉索振动控制己成为斜拉桥拉索急需解决的关键问题之一。常用拉索振动控制方法是在拉索和桥面间安装阻尼器,磁流变阻尼器具有阻尼力大小连续可调、响应快和性能稳定等特点,可用于拉索半主动控制。本文针对磁流变阻尼器力学性能及其力学模型、拉索磁流变阻尼器减振系统开展研究,具体的研究内容如下: (1)在综合大量国内外文献的基础上,介绍了大跨度斜拉桥拉索振动类型及减振机理与措施,总结了国内外应用阻尼器对拉索振动控制的研究现状,重点总结了磁流变阻尼器力学模型方面的相关研究工作。 (2)分别对工作一定年限与未参加工作的永磁调节式磁流变阻尼器和RD-1005型磁流变阻尼器进行了力学特性对比试验研究,,分别分析了两型号磁流变阻尼器力学性能的影响因素。 (3)根据两型号MR阻尼器的力学性能测试结果和参数化力学模型的机理,进一步提出了关于磁流变阻尼器的改进的滞回参数模型,并对阻尼器模型进行了适应性验证。 (4)对洞庭湖大桥斜拉索磁流变阻尼器减振系统进行了参数优化研究,确定了阻尼器安装高度、最优阻尼系数。
[Abstract]:Due to the characteristics of light weight, small damping and large flexibility, the cable of long-span cable-stayed bridge is easy to produce large vibration under external excitation, such as wind and rain, which threatens the service life of cable and the safe operation of bridge. Cable vibration control has become one of the key problems in cable-stayed bridge. The commonly used method of cable vibration control is to install dampers between cable and bridge deck. Magnetorheological damper has the characteristics of continuously adjustable damping force, fast response and stable performance, so it can be used for semi-active control of cables. In this paper, the mechanical properties and mechanical models of Mr dampers are studied. The main contents are as follows: (1) on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, the damping system of Mr dampers is studied. This paper introduces the type of cable vibration and the mechanism and measures of vibration reduction of cable of long span cable-stayed bridge, summarizes the research status of vibration control of cable by using dampers at home and abroad, and emphatically summarizes the relevant research work on the mechanical model of magnetorheological dampers. (2) the mechanical properties of permanent magnet regulated Mr dampers and RD- 1005 Mr dampers with and without service for a certain period of time have been studied. The influencing factors of mechanical properties of two types of Mr dampers are analyzed. (3) based on the test results of mechanical properties of two types of MR dampers and the mechanism of parametric mechanical model, an improved hysteretic parametric model for Mr dampers is proposed, and the adaptability of the damper model is verified. (4) the parameter optimization of Mr damper system for cable-stayed cable of Dongting Lake Bridge is carried out, and the installation height and the optimal damping coefficient of the damper are determined.
