基于用户角色的调研方法研究

【摘要】：目的基于用户角色调研方式,对用户进行用户画像,为产品设计方法提供新思路。方法通过调研实例贯穿分析,以用户角色的定义为分析基础,介绍用户角色如何选取裂变,继而得出用户画像,以用户画像为媒介,找到用户角色与产品设计方法的关系。结论总结以用户角色为基础的设计方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to provide a new idea for product design based on user role survey. Methods based on the analysis of the definition of user role, this paper introduces how to choose the fission of user role, then obtains the user portrait, and finds out the relationship between user role and product design method with user portrait as the medium. Conclusion the design method based on user role is summarized.
