双流体喷射制冷系统的理论与实验研究

【摘要】:喷射制冷是一种很有发展前景的制冷技术,它可以利用低品位热制取冷量,但是其效率偏低。双流体喷射制冷系统能有效提高喷射制冷系统的性能。文章研究了双流体喷射制冷系统状态参数和性能参数的计算方法。文章选用R134a/R32工质对,将双流体喷射制冷系统与常规单级、双级喷射制冷系统进行对比研究,研究结果表明:1)在相同的工况下,双流体喷射制冷系统性能优于常规单级喷射制冷系统;2)在模拟计算工况下,当蒸发温度低于7℃时,双流体喷射制冷系统性能劣于常规双级喷射制冷系统;当蒸发温度高于7℃时,双流体喷射制冷系统性能优于常规双级喷射制冷系统。文章对双流体喷射制冷系统进行了理论研究,理论研究结果表明:1)系统COP随着发生温度的升高而升高;2)系统COP随着蒸发温度的升高而升高;3)系统COP随着冷凝温度的升高而降低。所得结果与常规制冷系统的规律相符。为了用实验的方法研究双流体喷射制冷系统性能,对发生器、喷射器进行设计加工,对换热器、节流阀、循环泵进行选型,搭建了双流体喷射制冷系统实验台,实验台蒸发器的设计负荷为0.9kW。该实验台有两种运行模式,一种是高压级单独运行的单级喷射制冷循环,另一种是双流体喷射制冷循环。采用阀切换的方式可以实现这两种模式之间的转换。实验研究结果表明:1)在相同的工况下,R32单级喷射制冷系统性能比R134a单级喷射制冷系统的好,与理论研究结果相符;2)在相同的工况下,双流体喷射制冷系统性能比单级喷射制冷系统的高10%~20%,用实验的方法验证了双流体喷射制冷系统的优越性。
