面向建设工程全寿命期执业能力的工程管理专业课程体系设计

【摘要】:随着我国建设工程数量的增加与复杂程度的加深,产业环境对工程管理人才培养质量提出了更高的要求。本文提出以提升学生建设工程全寿命期执业能力为目标的工程管理专业课程体系改革方案。首先,该方案以相关执业资格要求的执业标准为依据,构建本专业执业能力大纲。然后,设计了以培养建造师等执业资格人才为目标的"一主两辅"课程体系,并通过课程与能力大纲的映射矩阵,构建集成化的课程体系。最后,以全寿命期工程项目为载体,通过核心课程再造、课程关联、动态调整、教学组织建设等方式,保障课程体系的顺利实施。
[Abstract]:With the increase of the number of construction projects and the deepening of the complexity of the construction projects in China, the industrial environment has put forward higher requirements for the quality of engineering management personnel training. This paper puts forward the reform scheme of the course system of engineering management specialty aiming at improving the students' ability of practicing in the whole life of the construction project. First of all, the program is based on the relevant professional qualification requirements of the practice standards, to construct the professional practice ability syllabus. Then, the curriculum system of "one subject and two auxiliary" is designed, which aims at training qualified personnel such as builders, and the integrated curriculum system is constructed through the mapping matrix between curriculum and ability syllabus. Finally, through the core curriculum reengineering, curriculum correlation, dynamic adjustment, teaching organization construction and so on, the implementation of curriculum system can be ensured by taking the whole life-span engineering project as the carrier.
