基于卡诺模型和稳健设计的产品造型设计方法

【摘要】:该研究融合卡诺模型,提出了一种稳健设计方法,以获得设计造型要素的最佳组合。由于具备多准则特性,这可以有效地提高消费者满意度与产品的审美品质。卡诺模型是用来更好地了解性能准则和消费者满意度之间的关系,并通过确定消费者满意度的关键准则,来解决优化多准则的折衷困境。稳健设计方法结合灰色关联分析与田口方法优化多准则特征的主观质量。这同时产生最优的美学性能,减少消费者评价的变化。基于卡诺模型分析,权重调整过程决定了每个实现顾客满意绩效的产品标准。这过程指导多准则排序,从而实现更高的客户满意度。进行了一项机床设计实验,以验证使用建议的综合方法的好处。结果表明,所产生的最佳机床设计能有效提升整体审美表现和客户满意度。
[Abstract]:This study combines Carnot model and presents a robust design method to obtain the best combination of design modeling elements. Because of its multi-criteria characteristics, it can effectively improve consumer satisfaction and product aesthetic quality. Carnot model is used to better understand the relationship between performance criteria and consumer satisfaction, and to solve the compromise dilemma of optimizing multi-criteria by determining the key criteria of consumer satisfaction. Robust design method combined with grey relational analysis and Taguchi method to optimize the subjective quality of multi-criteria features. At the same time, it produces the optimal aesthetic performance and reduces the change of consumer evaluation. Based on Carnot model analysis, the weight adjustment process determines each product standard to achieve customer satisfaction performance. This process guides multi-criteria sequencing to achieve higher customer satisfaction. A machine tool design experiment was conducted to verify the benefits of using the proposed comprehensive approach. The results show that the optimal machine tool design can effectively improve the overall aesthetic performance and customer satisfaction.
