重型有底无盖八角箱研究

【摘要】:目的改变箱型结构来提高纸箱抗压强度,以解决纸箱鼓肚变形等问题。方法将纸箱结构设计成八角形,增加纸箱的承重角数和边数,同时将箱体底部设计为拼接结构。结果用材、周长相同时,八角箱与普通0201型纸箱相比,抗压强度提高了2倍,越靠近纸箱底部四周侧向受力越大,贮存和运输过程中鼓肚现象越明显,破损越严重。结论有底八角箱在一定程度上可抵抗内装物对纸箱底部边缘向外的冲击力,减少因纸箱鼓肚变形造成的损坏。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the compressive strength of cartons by changing the structure of cartons in order to solve the problems of bulging deformation of cartons. Methods the carton structure was designed into octagonal shape, the load bearing angle number and edge number of carton were increased, and the bottom of carton body was designed as splicing structure. Results compared with the ordinary 0201 carton, the compressive strength of octagonal box was 2 times higher than that of ordinary 0201 carton. The closer it was to the bottom of the carton, the greater the lateral force around the bottom of the carton, the more obvious the bulging phenomenon and the more serious the damage during storage and transportation. Conclusion the bottom octagonal box can resist the impact of the contents on the bottom edge of the carton to a certain extent, and reduce the damage caused by the bulging deformation of the carton.
