基于人机工程学的重卡驾驶室的设计和分析

【摘要】:重卡,主要是一种为了运输货物而设计和装备的商用车辆。近年来,重卡在世界汽车行业中占据的地位越来越重要,重卡驾驶员的行车安全和身心健康也受到了广泛的关注。而与重卡驾驶员接触最为密切,影响重卡驾驶员生理和心理的最大因素就是重卡的驾驶室。然而我国现阶段的重卡驾驶室存在作业空间布局不合理,人机系统效能低下;造型安全性不足,色彩搭配宜人性研究不深入等问题。文章以陕汽德龙系列车型驾驶室为研究对象,以人机工程学为基础,对驾驶室进行设计和分析,在驾驶室布局、造型、色彩上进行改良设计,力求设计出高效、安全、舒适、宜人的重卡驾驶室。本文首先对驾驶室主要部件进行归类,对比得出重卡驾驶室和普通乘用车驾驶室的区别,分析国内外重卡驾驶室的研究现状,确定对于驾驶室布局、造型、色彩三个方面的研究。然后分别对布局、造型、色彩进行介绍,并说明三个方面对驾驶员的影响;使用问卷调研来获取驾驶员对于驾驶室的满意度并进行分析,获取驾驶室设计的需求。再基于人机工程学,运用驾驶室遵循的空间布局五个原则以及包络线、手伸及界面、眼椭圆等理论;造型设计的双极限、单极限、折中设计原则;色彩设计遵循的生理感受和心理效应;使用国标、H点、人体模型等方法对驾驶室空间布局进行设计,通过成年人人体尺寸、修正量和百分位数等对驾驶室座椅、仪表台、脚踏板、手柄造型进行设计,根据色彩的属性以及配色原理对驾驶室色彩进行设计。最后使用CATIA软件对驾驶室造型设计进行虚拟仿真分析,通过主观评价方法对驾驶室布局和色彩设计进行分析评价。
[Abstract]:Heavy truck is mainly a commercial vehicle designed and equipped to transport goods. In recent years, heavy truck plays a more and more important role in the world automobile industry, and the driving safety and physical and mental health of heavy truck drivers have also received extensive attention. The most close contact with the heavy truck driver, the biggest factor affecting the physiology and psychology of the heavy truck driver is the cab of the heavy truck. However, at present, there are some problems in the heavy truck cab in our country, such as unreasonable layout of working space, low efficiency of man-machine system, lack of modeling security, indepth study of color fit and so on. This paper takes the cab of Shaanxi Qidelong series model as the research object, takes the ergonomics as the foundation, carries on the design and the analysis to the cab design, carries on the improvement design in the cab layout, the shape, the color, strives to design the high efficiency, the safety, the comfortable.
