流量控制对改善液体冷媒除霜性能的研究

【摘要】:为解决液体冷媒除霜系统在除霜过程中管路压降增大及除霜效率低的问题,系统增设旁通流量控制节流阀。在库温-20℃,结霜量3kg工况下,以单一变量法进行有旁通流量控制与无旁通流量控制的对比实验。从除霜过程库温波动、除霜时间、系统运行效率等方面比较分析使用旁通流量控制对系统运行性能的影响。研究表明:除霜过程调节旁通流量控制节流阀使压缩机吸气无过热度时库内温度波动值降低46%,除霜时间减少32%,并且库内温度升高值在4.5℃以内,温度波动时间在30min以内。此外,旁通流量控制还可消除压缩机可能存在的回气负压,减小了压缩机的压力比,使系统运行更加节能。
