基于现场总线的地温中央空调系统设计及控制算法研究

【摘要】:当今人们生活水平的日益提高和科技进步日新月异,空调系统渐渐地融入到我们的生活中,然而空调系统的运行会产生巨大的能耗问题。地温中央空调系统采用地下水作为冷源,是新一代的中央空调冷暖设备,它运行起来既节能又环保,近年来得到蓬勃的发展。论文设计了基于现场总线的嵌入式地温中央空调系统。主要工作有: 1.在充分阅读相关参考文献了解地温中央空调系统工艺及其工作原理的基础上,针对地温中央空调系统具有滞后、非线性、大惯性,精确的数学模型难以建立等问题。采用常规的控制算法控制效果较差,为了提高控制系统的的性能,进行智能算法的研究。 2.论文采用了常规PID、模糊和智能采样原理相结合的智能控制算法,完成了地温中央空调室内风循环系统的智能采样模糊PID控制器的设计。常规的PID模块作为主控模块,模糊和智能采样模块来克服大惯性和时滞对系统的影响。并且经过Matlab/Simulink进行了仿真。 3.论文采用了在模糊控制的基础上发展起来的行为自校正模糊控制算法,完成了冷冻水循环系统的智能控制器的设计。针对某一固定被控对象设计的模糊控制器,随着系统的运行,内部参数会随之发生变化,其控制规则就显得不够完善,这时它的控制效果会变差。论文增加一个性能测量环节和一个控制量校正环节,校正量加上原来的输出形成新的控制量,这样就很好的改善了控制效果。 4.论文还采用了针对地温中央空调的冷却水循环系统,设计了内模控制器。针对大迟延被控对象,分析了内模控制器的鲁棒性。并且采用matlab/simulink工具对三种模型适配的情况分别进行了仿真,仿真结果显示该算法简单有效。 5.论文给出了控制系统的网络化设计方案,进行了系统软硬件的具体设计。硬件平台采用ARM9内核的S3C2440片上系统,在嵌入式Linux软件平台下进行温度等信号的采集、与给定信号的比较、以及控制信号的计算输出等工作,通过CAN总线将最终的控制信号传递给末端风机模块,,改变送风量,最终实现室内温度控制并达到节能的目的。控制器预留以太网接口,可实现远程监控功能。
