压路机振动对精密仪器影响的研究

【摘要】:以无锡某地道路施工近距离经过尼康光学仪器厂为研究背景,对现场道路边和厂区内精密仪器所在位置的环境振动进行测试。对测试数据进行统计和处理,得出振动压路机振动速度以及铅垂向Z振级衰减规律,预测厂区精密仪器处振动幅值;并与实测值进行对比。结合国际通用的VC标准,以此评价压路机振动对精密仪器的影响。研究结果表明,压路机引起的地面振动速度和铅垂向Z振级随振心距的增大逐渐减小,衰减规律符合负幂函数关系曲线。预测精密仪器位置处振速v=3.974×10~(-2)mm/s介于VC-A和VC-B曲线之间,满足企业提出的精密仪器振动控制标准。预测精密仪器位置处铅垂向Z振动级VL_z=67.519 db,接近VC-A曲线限值,基本满足企业提出的控制标准。在不考虑精密仪器基础隔振系统的影响下,预测值基本符合环境振动分析仪测量值。
