密闭容器内蒸汽水下喷注噪声试验研究
[Abstract]:Steam underwater injection heating is widely used in industrial and civil fields. In the process of steam underwater injection heating, due to the rapid change of bubble volume and the spoiler effect produced in the process of injection, such as improper design or operation, strong noise and vibration will be produced in water space, and the reliability of equipment operation will be endangered in serious cases. The effects of nozzle structure and arrangement parameters and equipment operation parameters on steam underwater injection noise of three nozzles are studied experimentally. according to the experimental results, the calculation formula of steam underwater injection noise is obtained. The results show that the steam underwater injection noise increases gradually with the increase of water temperature and then decreases rapidly. With the further increase of water temperature, the pressure in the cylinder increases gradually, and the steam underwater injection noise decreases slowly, and is obviously lower than the water temperature; the steam underwater injection noise increases with the increase of steam flow rate, but the amplitude of increase decreases gradually, and the peak value of injection noise appears at higher water temperature. The nozzle structure and its arrangement parameters have certain influence on steam underwater injection noise, but the influence degree is small.
