【摘要】：伴随着市场经济的发展以及我国经济开放程度的加深,我国的军工市场也正经历着由垄断走向开放的过程,军品市场的开放使得军工制造企业的采购有了越来越多的选择渠道和途径,采购方式也越来越市场化和多元化。在军工制造企业的采购中,选择能够提供优质产品的供应商对于保证其生产制造武器装备的质量具有重要作用。因此,研究当前军工制造企业采购中的供应商选择问题,是实现我国军工制造企业走向市场化的重要课题,对我国军工制造企业具有重大的现实意义。本文首先对军工制造企业供应商的评价方法和评价体系的相关研究进行梳理,并对当前的各种供应商选择评价方法进行比较,提出使用BP神经网络模型的适用性。随后,本文针对军工制造企业的供应商选择特点,对相关领域的专家进行访谈调研,通过书面调查和深度访谈等方法,获取了对军工制造企业供应商的选择评价的一手数据资料,在此基础上,运用扎根理论对调研资料进行深入分析,据此构建军工制造企业的供应商选择评价指标体系。其次,依据构建的评价指标体系,将BP神经网络方法应用到对军工制造企业供应商的评价中,构建了基于BP神经网络的供应商评价模型。最后,本文选取北京某军工制造企业开展实证研究,对提出的评价模型的有效性进行检验,并对实施基于BP神经网络的供应商选择评价模型提出优化建议。本文针对军工制造企业的供应商选择评价构建了相应的评价体系和方法模型,具有两方面的意义:一方面,本文构建的军工制造企业供应商选择评价模型客观且运算简便,能够很好的应用到军工制造企业供应商的选择评价实践中,为军工制造企业的供应商选择提供一种切实可行的参考方法;另一方面,本文的研究对供应商选择评价理论也是一个有益的补充,进一步丰富和完善了当前的供应商研究理论,对该理论的发展具有一定的推动作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy and the deepening of China's economic opening degree, China's military market is also experiencing the process from monopoly to open, the military market opening makes the military manufacturing enterprise procurement has been more and more choice of channels and ways, procurement mode is more and more market-oriented and diversified. In the procurement of military manufacturing enterprises, the selection of suppliers which can provide high quality products plays an important role in ensuring the quality of their production and manufacture of weapons and equipment. Therefore, studying the supplier selection problem in the current military manufacturing enterprises procurement is an important issue to achieve the marketization of our military manufacturing enterprises, and has great practical significance for our military manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, we first review the related research methods of supplier evaluation and evaluation system of military manufacturing enterprises, and compare the current supplier selection and evaluation methods, and put forward the applicability of BP neural network model. Then, according to the military manufacturing enterprise supplier selection, experts in the relevant field of interviews, written by means of questionnaire and interview, the selection and evaluation of military manufacturing enterprises suppliers first-hand data, based on in-depth analysis of transport research data using grounded theory, constructs the military manufacturing enterprise supplier selection evaluation index system. Secondly, according to the constructed evaluation index system, the BP neural network method is applied to evaluate the suppliers of military manufacturing enterprises, and a supplier evaluation model based on BP neural network is constructed. Finally, a military manufacturing enterprise in Beijing is chosen to conduct an empirical study to verify the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation model, and put forward suggestions for optimizing the supplier selection and evaluation model based on BP neural network. According to the military manufacturing enterprise supplier selection and evaluation model evaluation system and corresponding method, has significance in two aspects: on the one hand, the military industrial manufacturing enterprises supplier selection evaluation model of objective and simple operation, can choose the evaluation of good practical application to military manufacturing enterprise suppliers, to provide a feasible the reference methods for military manufacturing enterprise suppliers; on the other hand, the selection of evaluation theory is a beneficial supplement to the supplier, to further enrich and improve the current supplier theory, it will promote the development of the theory.
