【摘要】：随着经济的快速发展,中国已经发展成为能源消耗大国,为了减少能源匮乏对经济发展的制约和束缚,风力发电行业已经成为我国新能源战略发展的核心产业,国家十二五、十三五规划均批准了千万兆瓦的风电项目,极大的促进了新能源产业的蓬勃发展。经过近10年的市场自由竞争的发展,行业标准和上网规则的制定和推行,风电产业已经逐步趋于规范。行业分化明显,少数部分优秀企业处于领跑地位,毛利率高达20%,大部分企业仍采用传统的管理方式,处于亏损或尽量减少亏损的经营状态中。本文作者在风电行业从事市场销售工作长达8年的时间,见证了风电行业发展的全过程,通过分析行业内大部分企业传统管理模式的弊端,结合供应链管理的理论,构建了适合于风电行业的供应链,并通过具体质量管控步骤,针对风电产业供应链的质量进行管控。本论文的主要内容为：通过阐述供应链、供应链管理以及供应链质量管理等相关理论,确定论文的主体思路和结构；通过描述风电行业的发展历程,归纳出风电行业的竞争特征,分析风电供应链以各节点的特征,最后得出风电产业供应链存在的问题；结合风电产业的实际情况和自有特点,搭建风电产业供应链,形成风电产业供应链的质量管理方式。最后以东汽风电自身的发展为实例,通过其自身的发展历程,剖析其内在的问题,并对其供应链的构建和质量管理进行了探讨。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, China has become a big energy consuming country, in order to reduce the energy shortage restricted the economic development, wind power industry has become the core industry, new energy development strategy of our country in 12th Five-Year, 13th Five-Year was approved by the planning of wind power projects million MW, greatly promoted the rapid development of new energy the development of the industry. The industry differentiation is obvious, some excellent enterprises in the lead position, up to 20% gross margin, most enterprises still use the traditional management mode, or at a loss as far as possible to reduce the loss of business in the state. The author in the marketing work for 8 years in the wind power industry time, witnessed the whole process of the development of wind power industry, the The drawbacks of traditional management mode of the industry most of the enterprises, combined with the theory of supply chain management, the paper constructed for the wind power industry, supply chain, and through the concrete steps of quality control, quality control for wind power industry supply chain. The main contents of this thesis are: through the elaboration of supply chain, the supply chain theory the supply chain management and quality management, determine the main idea and structure of the thesis; through the development process of the wind power industry, summed up the competition characteristics of the wind power industry, wind power supply chain to analysis the characteristics of each node, the existing supply chain of wind power industry; combined with the actual situation and its own characteristics of the wind power industry supply chain, build the wind power industry, wind power industry, the formation of supply chain quality management. Finally the east steam wind power its development as an example, through their own course of development, analysis of its internal The problem is discussed, and the construction and quality management of its supply chain are discussed.
