【摘要】:经济全球化愈演愈烈,各国企业在不断提高自身素质的同时也费尽心力应对这一全球性的经济现象。作为世界经济发展的引领者,发达国家的企业率先出击,为了满足全球经济的发展要求跨国公司应运而生。跨国公司在优化配置全球资源和提高利润率方面的优势显使得这一运行方式倍受青睐。跨国公司在发展过程中会遇到来自不同利益体的阻碍和干预,这些障碍或来自政策规定或来自文化差异,但总结起来就是跨国公司到底应该实施全球化战略还是本土化化战略之间的冲突。本文从两者之间的共通点出发,寻找能够把两者联系起来的结点,提出了只有解决双方之间的冲突不断建立联系,才能保证平稳发展的观点。跨国公司是以全球化为目标以本土化为手段来进行全球范围内的各种扩张活动。随着跨国公司不断的发展,本土化在跨国公司全球发展战略中的地位也上升到了跨国公司能否在不同地区立足的高度。因此,跨国公司推行本土化战略的研究不仅能够保障跨国公司全球化战略的实施而且还具有很强的理论意义与现实意义。本文站在具体产业的角度,用全新的视角将本土化战略的思想与跨国公司产生发展理论联系起来,在剖析跨国公司本土化战略的大环境的同时注重对德国博世公司在华本土化战略的系统化研究。论文包括绪论部分共有五章,从三个主要方面展开论述。首先论述本课题研究背景及研究意义,对与本土化战略相关的国内外研究成果进行了梳理和分析,在文献综述的基础上提出了对本土化的研究方法。同时,指出了本文的创新和不足。其次,把论文重点放在了博世集团在华本土化战略的分析,通过理论层面上跨国公司在华本土化战略的原因及主要内容与表现形式的分析,把本土化研究战略的焦点放在跨国公司在供应链、人力资源、研发上和企业文化的本土化上。结合博世集团在华本土化战略过程中的具体事例形象的描述了跨国公司在华本土化战略的前因后果。最后,总结了博世集团在华本土化战略产生的深远影响,并探讨了跨国公司在华本土化战略所带来的启示。
[Abstract]:The economic globalization is becoming more and more intense, the enterprises of various countries are constantly improving their own quality, and at the same time, they also try their best to deal with this global economic phenomenon. As the leader of the world economic development, the enterprises of the developed countries take the lead in attacking. In order to meet the requirements of global economic development, multinational corporations emerge as the times require. The advantages of transnational corporations in optimizing the allocation of global resources and increasing profit margins make this mode of operation very popular. There are obstacles and interventions from different stakeholders. These obstacles come from policy regulations or cultural differences, but in summary, it is the conflict between the globalization strategy and the localization strategy. This paper starts from the common point between the two. Looking for a node that can connect the two, it is proposed that only the conflict between the two sides to establish a continuous link. In order to ensure the smooth development of the point of view. Transnational corporations take globalization as the goal and localization as a means to carry out various global expansion activities. With the continuous development of transnational corporations. Localization in the global development strategy of transnational corporations has also risen to the level of whether multinational corporations can be established in different regions. The research on the localization strategy of multinational corporations can not only guarantee the implementation of globalization strategy of transnational corporations, but also have strong theoretical and practical significance. The idea of localization strategy is connected with the development theory of multinational corporations in a new perspective. At the same time, it pays attention to the systematic study of German Bosch's localization strategy in China. The thesis includes five chapters. First of all, the research background and significance of this topic are discussed, and the domestic and foreign research results related to the localization strategy are combed and analyzed. On the basis of literature review, this paper puts forward the research method of localization. At the same time, it points out the innovation and deficiency of this paper. Secondly, the paper focuses on the analysis of the localization strategy of Bosch Group in China. Through the theoretical analysis of the reasons, main contents and manifestations of the localization strategy of multinational corporations in China, the focus of the localization research strategy is put on the supply chain and human resources of the multinational companies. Research and development and the localization of corporate culture. Combined with Bosch Group in the process of localization strategy in China specific examples of the image described the multinational companies in China localization strategy of the causes and consequences. Finally. This paper summarizes the profound influence of the localization strategy of Bosch Group in China, and probes into the enlightenment brought by the localization strategy of multinational corporations in China.
