【摘要】:随着云计算产业的迅猛发展,云服务这种全新的IT交付方式逐渐被产业界、学术界、普通群众等所广泛认知。整个云服务环境所涉及到的参与方、服务流程等形成了一条广泛而复杂的云服务供应链。由于云服务供应链中各层成员间的决策行为是独立的,都以自身利益最大化为目标,不可避免地损害了供应链整体利益,也就是成员的决策目标与供应链整体决策目标相冲突。因此,研究有效的供应链协调策略实现云服务供应链的协调运作,对提升云服务供应链运作效率具有重要意义。本文在以往的研究基础上,通过建立一个二级云服务供应链协调模型,研究基础设施提供商(AIP)和应用服务提供商(ASP)之间的协调策略问题。从由基础设施提供商为主导和合作性竞争模式下的两种供应链结构出发,将数量折扣契约和风险共担策略引入到供应链协调模型中,考虑基础设施提供商和应用服务提供商如何制定最优决策使得双方获得利润最优及供应链的稳定性最强。本文的主要内容如下: 第一、云服务供应链运作模型及特征研究。结合企业实践,案例资料的整理,梳理目前国内外云服务厂商提供的服务类型及厂商的多重角色,总结云服务供应链结构及组成成员,得出云服务供应链运作模型,以此为基础分析云服务供应链与传统供应链之间的区别,总结云服务供应链特征及契约模型中参数和决策变量变化。 第二、以基础设施提供商为主导的云服务供应链协调策略研究。针对市场需求价格敏感情况,为了激励应用服务提供商(ASP)增加服务能力的投入,基础设施提供商(AIP)将数量折扣契约引入到云服务供应链协调模型中,通过调整模型中的决策变量来影响应用服务提供商(ASP)的决策。研究结果表明,数量折扣契约可以有效提高供应链成员的各自利润,从而达到供应链整体利润最大化的目的。并且,通过调整模型中的折扣系数可以对供应链总体利润进行合理分配,协调企业间的关系。 第三、合作性竞争模式下,云服务供应链数量折扣契约协调研究。为了提高供应链上下游节点企业之间合作伙伴关系的稳定性,在原有的数量折扣契约协调模型中引入风险共担策略,通过对风险分担因子的合理取值来激励上下游节点企业积极采取合作性竞争策略。研究结果表明,合作性竞争模式下的云服务供应链,一方面能实现系统利润的最大化,另一方面可以通过设置风险分担因子的合理取值,对供应链利润进行合理分配。 第四、算例分析。在基础设施提供商为主导的云服务供应链协调模型中,数量折扣契约不仅有利于增加产品的订购量、提高供应链利润,还有利于协调供应链成员间的利润分配。在合作性竞争模式下的供应链协调模型中,引入风险共担策略的数量折扣契约可以降低服务提供商所面临的市场风险,并且在供应链整体利润最大化的同时,供应链利润的合理分配可以提高供应链的稳定性。同时从两种供应链结构的对比中可以得出,引入风险共担策略的数量折扣契约更有利于供应链的长远发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the cloud computing industry, the new IT cloud service delivery has been the industry, academia, ordinary people and so widely cognition. Participants involved in the cloud service environment, service process and so on has formed a broad and complex cloud service supply chain. Because each layer between members the decision-making behavior of cloud services in the supply chain is independent, are to maximize their own interests, inevitably harm the overall interests of the supply chain, conflict decision objectives and the overall supply chain decision goal is members. Therefore, the study of effective supply chain coordination strategy to realize the coordinated operation of the cloud service supply chain, to have an important significance to improve the operational efficiency of cloud service supply chain. In this paper, based on previous research, through the establishment of a level two cloud service supply chain coordination model, research infrastructure (AIP) and application service provider The provider (ASP) coordination strategies. Starting from by the infrastructure provider for the two kinds of supply chain structure and dominant cooperative competition mode, the quantity discount contract and risk sharing strategy is introduced to the supply chain coordination model, considering infrastructure providers and service providers should be used to formulate the optimal decision making of both the stability of the strongest the optimal profit and supply chain. The main contents of this paper are as follows:
First, the research of service supply chain operation model and characteristics of cloud. Combined with the enterprise practice, case data, multiple roles of service types and manufacturers at home and abroad combing cloud services provided by the manufacturer, summed up the supply chain structure and cloud service members, cloud service supply chain operation model, on the basis of analyzing the difference between cloud service supply chain and traditional supply chain, summarizes the parameters and decision variables of supply chain characteristics and changes in cloud service contract model.
Second, to infrastructure providers as the leading cloud service supply chain coordination research. According to the market price sensitive demand, in order to motivate the application service provider (ASP) to increase the service capacity of investment, infrastructure providers (AIP) will be the quantity discount contract into cloud service supply chain coordination model, to influence the application service provider through the adjustment model of decision variables in the (ASP) decision. The results show that the quantity discount contract can effectively improve the profits of supply chain members, so as to achieve the overall supply chain profit maximization objective. And, through the discount coefficient adjustment in the model can make a reasonable distribution of supply chain total profits, coordinating the relationship between enterprises.
Third, cooperative competition mode, research on coordination of cloud service supply chain. In order to improve the supply chain node enterprise partnership stability, introducing risk sharing strategy in the coordination model of the original, by the reasonable sharing of risk factor to encourage enterprises to actively take the strategy on the downstream node competitive cooperation. The results show that the cloud service supply chain cooperation and competition mode, the maximum one can realize the profit of the system, on the other hand can reasonable value by setting the risk sharing factor, rational allocation of supply chain profit.
Fourth, the example analysis. Supply chain coordination model in cloud services as the leading infrastructure providers, the quantity discount contract is not only conducive to increase the product quantity, improve the profit of the supply chain, and to coordinate the distribution of profits among members of the supply chain. The supply chain coordination model in cooperative competition mode, quantity discount the introduction of contract risk sharing strategy can reduce the service providers face the market risk, and in the whole supply chain profit maximization at the same time, a reasonable allocation of the profit of the supply chain can improve the stability of the supply chain. At the same time, it can be concluded from the comparison of two kinds of supply chain structure, the long-term development of more quantity discount contract into risk sharing strategy for the supply chain.
