水产品供应链风险预警研究

【摘要】：随着水产品的营养与价值被人们逐步深刻的认识，其市场与消费群体逐步扩大，需求量也逐年增多。我国作为水产品生产大国，虽然产量和进出口量都在日益增长，但水产品的风险事件也在屡屡发生。尽管世界各国都制定了相关控制措施，我国也出台了各种规章制度来控制风险，但水产品供应链的复杂性最终决定了这项管理任务的艰巨性。笔者认为，分析水产品供应链的特征、重要风险因素以及制定相关的预警措施，对水产品供应链风险控制有着非常重要的意义。本文基于供应链管理理论、风险管理理论以及预警管理理论，以分析水产品供应链风险的特征、类型以及风险的形成机理为基础，分析水产品供应链风险因素的权重，并构建一个水产品风险预警指标体系，同时制定出有针对性的水产品供应链风险预警机制，最终达到提高水产品供应链风险可控程度的目标。本论文主要完成的工作如下：（1）针对水产品的特性，从理论上分析了水产品供应链风险的特征和类型，并通过总结我国近年来水产业相关的重大事件，分析各事件涉及到的原生风险、次生风险及这些风险之间的关系，选取其中两个风险因素，结合突变理论中的尖角模型，阐述了水产品供应链风险的形成机理。（2）对水产品供应链进行风险评价，笔者采用问卷调查的方法，选取武汉市华南水产品批发市场为调查对象获取有关数据，通过数据统计并运用层次分析法计算出水产品供应链的各风险因素的权重并进行排序。（3）构建了水产品供应链风险预警系统，，首先分析水产品供应链风险预警系统的基本组成、结构及工作流程，其次设计出水产品供应链风险预警指标体系，再次确定各风险预警指标的赋值方法，并结合预警模型计算总风险值，最后建立了水产品供应链风险预警机制，包括日常监测机制、组织保障机制和制度保障机制。
[Abstract]:With the nutrition and value of aquatic products gradually deeply understood, its market and consumer groups gradually expanded, and the demand increased year by year. Although the output and import and export volume are increasing day by day, the risk events of aquatic products also occur frequently. Although countries in the world have formulated relevant control measures, China has also issued a variety of regulations to control risks. However, the complexity of the aquatic product supply chain ultimately determines the difficulty of this management task. The author believes that the analysis of the characteristics of the aquatic product supply chain, important risk factors and the formulation of relevant early warning measures. It is of great significance to the risk control of aquatic product supply chain. Based on supply chain management theory, risk management theory and early warning management theory, this paper analyzes the characteristics, types and formation mechanism of supply chain risk of aquatic products. This paper analyzes the weight of aquatic product supply chain risk factors, constructs a aquatic product risk early warning index system, and formulates a targeted aquatic product supply chain risk early warning mechanism. Finally achieve the goal of improving the risk control of aquatic products supply chain. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) aiming at the characteristics of aquatic products, the characteristics and types of supply chain risk of aquatic products are analyzed theoretically, and the primary risks involved in each event are analyzed by summarizing the major events related to aquatic industry in recent years in China. Based on the relationship between secondary risk and these risks, two risk factors are selected, and the formation mechanism of supply chain risk of aquatic products is expounded in combination with the sharp angle model in catastrophe theory. 2) risk evaluation of aquatic products supply chain. The author chooses the wholesale market of aquatic products in south china of Wuhan as the research object to obtain the relevant data by using the method of questionnaire. The weight of each risk factor in aquatic product supply chain is calculated and sorted by statistical data and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Firstly, the paper analyzes the basic composition, structure and work flow of the risk early warning system of aquatic product supply chain, and then designs the risk early warning index system of aquatic product supply chain. The evaluation method of each risk early warning index is determined again, and the total risk value is calculated by combining the early warning model. Finally, the risk early warning mechanism of aquatic product supply chain, including the daily monitoring mechanism, is established. Organizational safeguard mechanism and system guarantee mechanism.
