垃圾焚烧烟气脱硝商业模式研究

【摘要】:本文的目的是探索出一条适合我国国情,适合国际发展潮流,在技术和经济等各方面都可行的垃圾焚烧行业烟气脱硝商业模式,并且通过对此商业模式的深入研究,,提出相关管理和优化此商业模式的方法论。 本文总结在垃圾焚烧行业和烟气脱硝行业的长期从业经验,综合了政策研究,技术、经济、项目管理、人力资源、业务开发等多方面的因素,探索出社会和经济效应最大化的商业模式。本文抽丝剥茧,层层论证,通过目前国内垃圾处理及垃圾焚烧后烟气脱硝的现状及对未来发展趋势的分析理解,引出目前国内外广泛应用的垃圾焚烧炉烟气中所含氮氧化物的处理方式:全自动高效氨水SNCR处理技术,同时根据此技术的应用及特点,对此技术的投资运营,技术特点的分析,论证相应项目管理及执行的方式方法。从而引出了垃圾焚烧脱硝项目的EPC(设计-采购-安装)及BOT(建设-运营-移交)模式,并且对两种模式进行了针对性的比较。进而从技术和经济角度探讨有关垃圾焚烧脱硝BOT模式的可行性,在单一项目可行性阐述的基础上,探讨了有关垃圾焚烧厂分布问题带来了垃圾焚烧烟气脱硝BOT联营的可能。 针对垃圾焚烧烟气脱硝的技术及项目特点,从最大化经济和社会效益的基础上得出更优化的BOT项目模式,在此基础上对垃圾焚烧烟气脱硝BOT联营商业模式的特点、方法、构架、赢利模式、风险进行了详细的阐述,进而总结了如何构架原料上下游供应链,如何建立建立垃圾焚烧BOT联营管理架构,如何以项目管理模式对整个BOT联营系统进行有序管理,如何识别和规避该BOT项目带来的风险等。本文最终对此垃圾焚烧BOT联营的全新商业模式给出合理化的管理和优化建议。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to explore a commercial model of flue gas denitrification in MSW incineration industry, which is suitable for China's national conditions, suitable for international development trends and feasible in technology and economy. The methodology of managing and optimizing the business model is put forward through the in-depth study of the business model. This paper summarizes the long-term experience in MSW incineration industry and flue gas denitrification industry, synthesizing policy research, technology, economy, project management, human resources, business development and other factors. To explore the commercial model of maximizing the social and economic effects. This paper takes the cocoon, layer by layer demonstration, through the current domestic waste disposal and waste incineration flue gas denitrification status and the future development trend of analysis and understanding. This paper introduces the treatment method of nitrogen oxide in flue gas of waste incinerator which is widely used at home and abroad: fully automatic and efficient ammonia water SNCR treatment technology. At the same time, according to the application and characteristics of this technology. The investment and operation of this technology, the analysis of technical characteristics. The EPC (Design-Purchasing-installation) and BOT (build-operate-transfer) mode of waste incineration and denitrification project are introduced. Furthermore, the feasibility of BOT model of MSW incineration and denitrification is discussed from the point of view of technology and economy, on the basis of the feasibility of a single project. The possibility of BOT joint operation for flue gas denitrification of MSW incineration is discussed. According to the technology and project characteristics of flue gas denitrification in MSW incineration, a more optimized BOT project model is obtained based on the maximization of economic and social benefits. On this basis, the characteristics, methods, framework, profit model and risk of the BOT joint business model of MSW incineration flue gas denitrification are described in detail, and how to structure the upstream and downstream supply chain of raw materials is summarized. How to establish the BOT management framework of MSW incineration and how to manage the whole BOT system in an orderly way by project management mode. How to identify and avoid the risks brought by the BOT project etc. This paper finally gives the rational management and optimization suggestions for the new business model of the MSW incineration BOT joint venture.
