我国棉花第三方物流管理模式研究

【摘要】：我国棉花的生产量和消费量居世界首位,随着《国务院关于进一步深化棉花流通体制改革的意见》(国发[2001]27号)和国务院批准发布的《棉花质量检验体制改革方案》的逐步实施,我国的棉花产业取得了可喜的发展。棉花物流是棉花生产和消费的桥梁,高效的棉花物流模式既能实现棉花产品的价值与使用价值,也能够通过有效的控制与管理使棉花流通成本降低,进而提高棉花产业的整体效应。近年来我国的棉花物流得到了一定的发展,但发展的水平仍远低于棉花行业的实际需求。本文在收集、整理相关文献资料的基础上,归纳了国内外有关农产品物流、第三方物流和棉花物流的研究动态,界定和梳理了物流、棉花物流、棉花物流模式的概念以及第三方物流、供应链管理、协同学和马克思主义分工的相关理论。在界定概念和深入了解相关理论的基础上,笔者从棉花产需分布情况、棉花物流主体、棉花物流仓储以及棉花流通交易和运输方式几个方面阐述了目前我国棉花物流的现状,并从棉花物流体系和棉花物流具体运作方面分别分析了我国棉花物流存在的问题。在借鉴国外先进的第三方物流经验的基础上,提出发展我国棉花第三方物流的构思,构思第三方物流模式以解决我国棉花物流目前存在的问题,进而提高棉花物流的效率和水平。最后,重点阐述我国棉花第三方物流模式的具体运作方式,在概述我国棉花第三方物流管理模式的整体框架基础上,分别阐述了棉花第三方物流与棉花生产企业、棉花分销商以及棉纺企业乃至消费者间的业务模式,并提出实施棉花第三方物流模式时,应注重绿色物流、创建棉花物流品牌以及培养物流人才等建议。至此,本文通过上述阐述与分析,在一定程度上为我国实施棉花第三方物流提供了理论依据。
[Abstract]:The production and consumption of cotton in China ranks first in the world. Along with the State Council's opinion on further deepening the Reform of Cotton Circulation system, [With the gradual implementation of the "cotton quality inspection system reform program" approved by the state council, the cotton industry in china has achieved gratifying development. Cotton logistics is the bridge of cotton production and consumption. Efficient cotton logistics model can not only realize the value and use value of cotton products, but also reduce the cost of cotton circulation through effective control and management. In recent years, China's cotton logistics has been developed to a certain extent, but the level of development is still far lower than the actual demand of cotton industry. Based on the collection and collation of relevant literature, this paper summarizes the research trends of agricultural products logistics, third party logistics and cotton logistics at home and abroad, defines and combs the logistics, cotton logistics. The concept of cotton logistics model and related theories of third party logistics, supply chain management, Synergetics and Marxist division of labor. On the basis of defining the concept and deeply understanding the relevant theories, the author analyzes the distribution of cotton production and demand and the main body of cotton logistics. The current situation of cotton logistics in China is expounded in the aspects of cotton logistics warehousing, cotton circulation trading and transportation mode. And from the cotton logistics system and the specific operation of cotton logistics analysis of China's cotton logistics problems, on the basis of foreign advanced third party logistics experience. This paper puts forward the conception of developing the third party logistics of cotton in our country, and conceive the mode of the third party logistics in order to solve the problems existing in the cotton logistics of our country at present, and then improve the efficiency and level of the cotton logistics. At last, the paper focuses on the specific mode of operation of China's cotton third-party logistics model, on the basis of an overview of the overall framework of China's cotton third-party logistics management model. This paper expounds the business models between cotton third-party logistics and cotton production enterprises, cotton distributors, cotton textile enterprises and even consumers, and puts forward that green logistics should be paid attention to when implementing cotton third-party logistics model. So far, this paper, through the above elaboration and analysis, provides a theoretical basis for the implementation of the third party logistics of cotton in China to a certain extent.
