纺织服装企业战略联盟的协同效应研究

【摘要】:战略联盟作为已被广泛认可的一种协同竞争模式,其重要目标是实现联盟的协同效应,世界许多成功企业就是通过建立战略联盟,实现联盟协同效应,达成双赢,从而不断提高企业的市场竞争力。纺织业作为我国国民经济的支柱产业,正面临着从纺织大国到纺织强国的转变过程。为了成功实现提升纺织服装企业竞争力的目标,需要进一步实施战略联盟以及完善纺织服装企业战略联盟协同效应的科学评价,选择合适的战略联盟构建形式以及评价模型和方法,为我国纺织服装企业的大力发展提供有利的支持。本文在对国内外战略联盟和协同效应理论的研究基础上,以“纺织经济及企业管理创新战略联盟”为出发点,结合纺织行业的发展特点及现状,综合考虑纺织服装企业战略联盟的形成机理以及战略联盟协同效应的影响因素,梳理相关评价指标,为本研究战略联盟的判定以及指标体系的确定提供参考依据。通过分析和归纳纺织服装企业战略联盟协同效应的影响因素,本文提出了适合纺织服装企业的战略联盟形式:以核心企业为中心,以供应链为主线的战略联盟形式;并且从管理协同、财务协同、人力资源协同、无形资产协同、经营协同五个维度构建了纺织服装企业战略联盟的协同效应评价指标体系。实证研究首先利用层次分析法确定纺织服装企业战略联盟的协同效应评价指标的综合权重;其次选择联盟形式已经非常稳定的以山东南山纺织服饰有限公司为核心的战略联盟为研究对象,通过灰色评价法对该联盟的协同效应综合评价,其结果与实际情况一致性程度较高,充分验证了评价体系的准确性以及现实适用性。本文的创新之处是提出一种适合纺织服装企业的战略联盟形式,再结合我国纺织服装业的发展特点,将战略联盟的协同效应划分为管理协同、财务协同、人力资源协同、无形资产协同、经营协同五个维度,构建出一套具有普遍适用价值的纺织服装企业战略联盟的协同效应评价指标体系,为不断提升我国纺织服装企业的竞争力提供了有利的支持。
[Abstract]:Strategic alliance is a kind of cooperative competition mode that has been widely recognized. Its important goal is to realize the synergy effect of alliance. Many successful enterprises in the world achieve the synergy effect by establishing strategic alliance. In order to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises, textile industry is the pillar industry of our national economy. In order to realize the goal of improving the competitiveness of textile and garment enterprises, it is facing the transition process from a big textile country to a powerful textile country. Need to further implement strategic alliance and improve the textile and clothing enterprises strategic alliance synergy of scientific evaluation, choose the appropriate strategic alliance construction form and evaluation model and method. Based on the research of domestic and foreign strategic alliance and synergetic effect theory, this paper takes "textile economy and enterprise management innovation strategic alliance" as the starting point. Combined with the development characteristics and current situation of textile industry, considering the formation mechanism of strategic alliance of textile and clothing enterprises and the influence factors of synergy effect of strategic alliance, this paper combs the related evaluation index. This paper provides a reference for the decision of strategic alliance and the determination of index system. Through the analysis and induction of textile and clothing enterprises strategic alliance synergy factors. This paper puts forward the form of strategic alliance suitable for textile and garment enterprises: taking the core enterprise as the center and taking the supply chain as the main line; And from management coordination, financial coordination, human resources coordination, intangible assets coordination. The evaluation index system of synergetic effect of strategic alliance of textile and garment enterprises is constructed in five dimensions of management coordination. The empirical study first determines the comprehensive evaluation index of synergy effect of strategic alliance of textile and garment enterprises by using analytic hierarchy process. Weight; Secondly select the alliance form has been very stable for Shandong Nanshan Textile and Apparel Co., Ltd. as the core of the strategic alliance as the research object, through the grey evaluation method to the synergy of the alliance comprehensive evaluation. The result is consistent with the actual situation, which fully verifies the accuracy and practical applicability of the evaluation system. The innovation of this paper is to put forward a kind of strategic alliance suitable for textile and garment enterprises. Combined with the development characteristics of China's textile and clothing industry, the synergy of strategic alliance is divided into five dimensions: management coordination, financial coordination, human resources coordination, intangible assets coordination, and management coordination. A set of evaluation index system of synergetic effect of textile and garment enterprises' strategic alliance with universal applicable value is constructed, which provides favorable support for improving the competitiveness of textile and garment enterprises in China.
