船舶工业企业精益供应链的信息共享分析

【摘要】：文章探讨了船舶工业企业精益供应链的信息共享内容,在对船舶工业企业精益供应链信息共享的概念和特点进行界定和概括的基础上,阐述了信息共享的重要价值,依此构建了船舶工业企业精益供应链的信息共享体系结构,并从信息类型和对象差异两个维度对该体系结构进行详细论述,进而对船舶工业企业精益供应链的信息共享进行深入分析,从功能层级和模式及其选择方面进行具体探讨,最后研究了该链中信息共享发展可能存在的阻力和未来发展的激励机制和策略内容。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the content of information sharing in lean supply chain of shipbuilding industry enterprises, and defines and generalizes the concept and characteristics of information sharing in lean supply chain of shipbuilding industry enterprises. This paper expounds the important value of information sharing, constructs the information sharing system structure of lean supply chain of shipbuilding industry enterprises, and discusses the system structure in detail from the two dimensions of information type and object difference. Furthermore, the information sharing of lean supply chain in shipbuilding industry enterprises is deeply analyzed, and the function level, mode and its selection are discussed in detail. Finally, the possible resistance of the development of information sharing in the chain and the incentive mechanism and strategy content of the future development are studied.
