天津百货商务贸易总公司库存管理问题研究

【摘要】：库存具有狭义和广义两种含义：狭义的观点认为：库存仅仅指的是在仓库中处于暂时停滞状态的物资；广义的观点认为，库存表示用于将来目的、暂时处于闲置状态的资源。库存的作用包括有效的缓解供需矛盾、提高企业效率、降低运营成本，甚至还有投机功能。库存就像是一把双刃剑，生产与商业活动离不开它。如果管理不善，它也会给企业带来巨大风险。对于从事商业批发的企业而言，库存是企业一项重要的流动资产，对其管理情况的好坏直接制约企业的运营，关乎企业的生存和发展；并且，随着企业间关联度的增强，，供应链的作用就显得尤为重要，库存管理作为物流和供应链管理的重要部分，更应引起企业的高度关注。当前文献对库存优化问题的研究主要有两大类型：一类研究着重于企业外部供应链的库存控制方面，也就是研究如何通过企业与企业之间的库存协调来实现局部或整体供应链的利益最大化；另一类研究则主要着重于供应链上某些节点企业的库存决策，研究这些节点企业在某种供应、需求特征下的库存优化决策。比较分析对库存管理相关方面的研究，大部分是针对于制造业和医疗卫生等行业，当前理论界针对商业批发业的库存和绩效的研究还比较少，相应的实证研究则更少。因此，本文选择了商业批发业中的天津百货商务贸易公司为例，对其库存管理的应用和存在问题进行分析和总结。文章主要结合商业批发企业的具体情况，针对其库存现存问题，对库存管理在该企业的应用和管理进行具体分析和总结，根据企业的自身特点制定出适合本企业的库存管理改善措施，希望能够对改进和完善现有库存管理体系有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Inventory has two meanings in narrow sense and broad sense: from a narrow point of view, inventory only refers to materials in a temporary state of stagnation in a warehouse; In a broad sense, inventory represents resources that are used for future purposes and remain idle for the time being. The role of inventory includes effectively alleviating the contradiction between supply and demand, improving enterprise efficiency, and reducing operating costs. There is even speculative function. Inventory is like a double-edged sword, production and business activities can not do without it. If not managed, it will bring great risks to enterprises. For enterprises engaged in commercial wholesale. Inventory is an important current asset of enterprises. The quality of its management directly restricts the operation of enterprises and relates to the survival and development of enterprises. With the enhancement of the correlation degree between enterprises, the role of supply chain becomes more and more important. As an important part of logistics and supply chain management, inventory management should be paid more attention to by enterprises. There are two main types of research on inventory optimization in current literature: one is focused on inventory control in external supply chain. That is to say, how to realize the benefit maximization of local or whole supply chain through inventory coordination between enterprise and enterprise; The other kind of research mainly focuses on the inventory decision of some node enterprises in the supply chain, and studies the inventory optimization decision of these node enterprises under some supply and demand characteristics. Comparative analysis of inventory management related aspects of research, most of them are aimed at the manufacturing industry and medical and health industries, the current theory of commercial wholesale industry inventory and performance research is relatively small. Therefore, this paper chooses Tianjin Department Store Commercial Trading Company in the commercial wholesale industry as an example. This paper analyzes and summarizes the application and existing problems of its inventory management. The article mainly combines the specific situation of commercial wholesale enterprises, aiming at the existing problems of its inventory. The application and management of inventory management in this enterprise are analyzed and summarized, and the improvement measures of inventory management suitable for the enterprise are worked out according to the characteristics of the enterprise. Hope to improve and improve the existing inventory management system.
