基于产品保证的再制造供应链定价模型研究

【摘要】:传统制造方式片面地追求经济效益,却忽略了环境的污染、破坏和资源浪费等问题。随着消费者逐渐增强的环保意识、政府各项环保政策的纷纷出台以及再制造行业商机的不断挖掘,越来越多的学术界与企业界开始研究或开展再制造活动。 以往关于再制造供应链定价策略的研究,主要集中在讨论回收再制造模式、再制造产品和新产品之间的价格竞争、消费者的再制造产品偏好度等问题,忽略了产品保证因素,消费者对再制造产品质量和性能的顾虑等因素要求再制造商或其他保证方提供给消费者再制造产品保证,有力的产品保证有时比价格更能左右消费者的选择。本文在对产品保证、再制造和再制造产品的产品保证等相关文献进行综述研究的基础上,针对以往研究存在的不足,对以下问题进行研究: (1)确定再制造产品和新产品共存的市场结构为双寡头垄断竞争市场结构,通过建立斯坦伯格(Stackelberg)博弈模型,引入再制造产品保证因素,结合废旧产品回收、再制造过程和产品保证投入等因素,,研究闭环供应链成员的最优决策和最优利润。 (2)从理论推导和数值分析的角度,逐步研究废旧产品回收规模、再制造成本节约、产品保证投资规模、产品保证竞争激烈程度和产品价格竞争激烈程度等参数对供应链成员最优决策以及最优利润的影响。同时,考虑到再制造的成本节约优势,以再制造成本节约为媒介,比较零售商新产品和再制造产品的最优零售价格、制造商和再制造商各自为产品提供的最优产品保证水平决策和供应链成员的最优利润。 (3)通过理论推导和数值分析,本文从提高消费者效用、获取更多利润角度出发,为再制造商做出再制造过程成本节约、产品保证/产品回收投资规模和再制造领域进入等方面的策略建议。本文不仅为供应链成员带来有意义的结论,而且为再制造领域现有企业和即将进入再制造领域的企业提供理论指导和分析建议,推动再制造产业在我国的建立和发展。
[Abstract]:The traditional manufacturing mode pursues economic benefits one-sidedly, but ignores the problems of environmental pollution, destruction and waste of resources, etc. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection by consumers. With the introduction of environmental protection policies and the continuous exploitation of business opportunities in the remanufacturing industry, more and more academic and business circles begin to study or carry out remanufacturing activities. Previous studies on remanufacturing supply chain pricing strategies focused on the issues of recycling and remanufacturing models, price competition between remanufactured products and new products, consumer preferences for remanufacturing products, and so on. Ignoring the product guarantee factors, consumer concerns about the quality and performance of the remanufactured product require the re-manufacturer or other guarantors to provide the remanufactured product guarantee to the consumer. The powerful product guarantee sometimes can influence the consumer's choice more than the price. This article carries on the summary research to the product guarantee, the product guarantee of the remanufacture and the remanufacture product and so on. In view of the shortcomings of previous studies, the following problems are studied: 1) the market structure of remanufactured products and new products is determined as duopoly competitive market structure, and Stackelberg game model is established by establishing Stackelberg model. The optimal decision and profit of the members of the closed-loop supply chain are studied by introducing the factors of remanufacturing product guarantee, combined with the factors of recycling of waste products, remanufacturing process and product guarantee input, etc. From the angle of theoretical derivation and numerical analysis, the scale of recycling of waste products is studied step by step, the cost of remanufacturing is saved, and the investment scale of products is guaranteed. The influence of product guarantee competition and product price competition on the optimal decision and profit of supply chain members. At the same time, the cost saving advantage of remanufacturing is considered. The optimal retail prices of new products and remanufactured products are compared by using remanufacturing cost savings as a medium. The optimal product assurance level decision and the optimal profit of supply chain member provided by manufacturer and re-manufacturer respectively. Through theoretical derivation and numerical analysis, this paper starts from the perspective of improving consumer utility and obtaining more profits, and makes cost savings for remanufacturing process. This paper not only brings a meaningful conclusion to the supply chain members, but also provides some strategic suggestions on the investment scale of product guarantee / product recovery and the entry into the field of remanufacturing. It also provides theoretical guidance and analysis suggestions for the existing enterprises in the field of remanufacturing and the enterprises about to enter the field of remanufacturing to promote the establishment and development of the remanufacturing industry in China.
