碳排放约束下的供应链网络优化的研究

【摘要】:近年来,能源消费剧增,生态环境不断恶化,特别是二氧化碳排放急剧增多导致日益严峻的全球气候变化,全球化的”低碳革命”正在兴起,政府也不断的出台相关的低碳政策,来引导和鼓励供应链企业在追求经济利益的过程中,充分考虑碳排放的影响,从而实现供应链经济效益、生态效益的双赢。 基于这一现状,本文结合低碳供应链及供应链网络优化等相关理论,在传统相关理论中加入了碳排放约束,然后全面分析了碳排放约束对供应链网络优化的影响。首先,本文对碳足迹评级以及供应链的相关概念进行了简单介绍,对碳排放约束条件进行了分析,然后结合供应链网络优化相关理论分析网络优化的目标及原则,并在此基础上定性分析了碳排放约束对于供应链产品设计、采购、生产、物流及回收等环节的影响。最后在定性分析的基础上,本文综合运用0-1混合整数规划及多目标规划的方法建立了基于碳排放限额,碳税以及碳排放权交易下的供应链网络优化模型,模型从供应链碳排放总量,供应链总成本以及分销中心选址方案三个方向去对比趋势分析,综合考虑了碳排放约束因子对产品设计、采购、生产、物流、回收等环节的影响,然后对模型进行了数值模拟分析,给出企业选择合理的减排措施下的条件,进一步的来验证三大类模型构建的科学性和可行性。 在传统供应链网络优化的模型中,考虑了碳排放约束,使得供应链更加趋向于实际,具有现实意义,同时对现有国家制定系列碳约束政策提供了一定的探索性建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, soaring energy consumption, worsening ecological environment, especially the sharp increase in carbon dioxide emissions lead to increasingly serious global climate change, globalization of the "low-carbon revolution" is on the rise, the government has been the introduction of low carbon related policies, to encourage and guide the supply chain enterprise in the process of pursuing economic interests, fully considering the influence of carbon emissions, so as to realize the supply chain economic benefit, win-win ecological benefits.
Based on this situation, this paper combined with the low carbon supply chain and supply chain network optimization theory, adding carbon emission constraints in the traditional theory, then a comprehensive analysis of the impact of carbon emission constraints on supply chain network optimization. Firstly, the related concepts of carbon footprint rating and supply chain are introduced and on carbon emission constraints are analyzed, and then combined with the related theory analysis of supply chain network optimization objectives and principles of network optimization, and on the basis of qualitative analysis of the carbon emission constraints on supply chain design, procurement, production, logistics and other aspects of the recovery effect. Finally, on the basis of qualitative analysis, this paper by using the method of 0-1 mixed integer programming and multi-objective programming is established based on the amount of carbon emissions, supply chain network optimization model of carbon tax and carbon emissions trading under the model of the supply chain Carbon emissions, comparative analysis of trends in the three direction location schemes of the total cost of the supply chain and distribution center, considering the constraints of carbon emission factors on product design, procurement, production, logistics, and other aspects of the impact of recovery, then the model is simulated and analyzed, the reasonable measures to reduce emissions under the conditions of choice are enterprises to verify the scientificity and feasibility of constructing three model further.
In the traditional supply chain network optimization model, considering the carbon emission constraint, making the supply chain more practical, has practical significance, and provides some exploratory suggestions for the existing countries to develop a series of carbon constraint policies.
