供应链环境下Y连锁超市采购模式研究

【摘要】：随着全球经济和市场一体化进程的加快,企业间的竞争愈发激烈。为了充分利用和整合资源、实现信息的流通和共享,企业纷纷寻找合作伙伴,实施供应链管理,并将其提升到战略管理的高度。21世纪的竞争不再是企业与企业之间的竞争,而是供应链与供应链之间的竞争。采购作为供应链管理的一个重要环节,在供应链的运营中扮演着至关重要的角色。对企业特别是零售行业的企业而言,采购成本占行业总成本的绝大部分,对企业的生存和发展产生了直接的影响。Y连锁超市是一家跨区域、多业态的大型连锁商业企业,自1996年成立至今,实现了快速的发展。但近年来,Y连锁超市的管理制度比较落后,对采购环节的重视程度不高,Y连锁超市的采购模式仍主要采用传统模式,采购成本居高不下,很大程度上阻碍了企业发展的步伐。本文综合运用系统分析法、定性和定量研究相结合的方法、ABC分类法和因子分析法等方法,在供应链环境下,对Y连锁超市的采购模式问题进行研究。首先对Y连锁超市的概况以及采购管理现状进行分析,指出了目前的采购管理中存在的问题,并找出了问题产生的原因；其次结合Y连锁超市现状以及市场竞争情况,提出了Y连锁超市采购模式优化方案,一是采用因子分析法改进的ABC分类法综合考虑经济性、关键性、采购难易程度和采购提前期四个因素对Y连锁超市采购的商品进行分类,不同类型的商品采用不同的采购模式,二是加强供应商管理,三是对采购人员进行考核和激励；最后提出了优化方案的实施保障措施,利用构建人力资源保障体系、对采购过程进行监督和评价、充分利用现代化先进技术、加强企业文化建设、建立风险预警和控制机制、完善采购工作的相关配套制度、对优化方案的实施效果进行评估等手段为优化方案的实施提供保障。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of global economic and market integration, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense. In order to make full use of and integrate resources and realize the flow and sharing of information, enterprises have been looking for partners to implement supply chain management. The competition in the 21st century is no longer the competition between enterprises, but between supply chain and supply chain. Procurement is an important part of supply chain management. It plays a vital role in the operation of the supply chain. For enterprises, especially those in the retail industry, procurement costs account for the vast majority of the total costs of the industry. It has a direct impact on the survival and development of the enterprise. Y chain supermarket is a large chain business enterprise with cross-regional and multi-business forms. It has been established since 1996. But in recent years, the management system of Y chain supermarket is relatively backward, the purchasing mode of Y chain supermarket is still mainly traditional mode, and the purchasing cost is high. To a large extent, hindered the pace of enterprise development. In this paper, the methods of system analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, ABC classification and factor analysis are used in the supply chain environment. Firstly, it analyzes the general situation of Y chain supermarket and the current situation of procurement management, points out the problems existing in the current procurement management, and finds out the causes of the problems. Secondly, according to the current situation of Y chain supermarket and the market competition, the paper puts forward the optimization scheme of Y chain supermarket purchasing mode. Firstly, the ABC classification improved by factor analysis method considers economy comprehensively and is crucial. There are four factors of purchasing difficulty and lead time to classify the goods purchased by Y chain supermarket. Different types of goods adopt different purchasing modes. The second is to strengthen the management of suppliers, and the third is to examine and motivate the purchasing staff. Finally, it puts forward the implementation safeguard measures of the optimized scheme, constructs the human resources guarantee system, supervises and evaluates the purchasing process, fully utilizes the modern advanced technology, strengthens the enterprise culture construction, establishes the risk early warning and control mechanism. Perfect the relevant supporting system of purchasing work, evaluate the effect of the implementation of the optimized scheme and provide the guarantee for the implementation of the optimized scheme.
