【摘要】:当今时代,各行业内企业之间的竞争在愈演愈烈。而竞争主体也开始发生变化,从初始独立的单一企业,逐渐向企业主体多元化即供应链趋势转变。作为制造企业供应链的主要节点,非生产采购供应商对企业的整体发展所产生的至关重要的作用却往往被管理层忽视。非生产采购的采购品种涉及多样,包括(生产)设备、物流服务、行政类服务采购、工具类等多种类型。其业务范围几乎涵盖了企业所有部门,对企业的整体运营起到了直接或间接作用。供应商的资质,决定了供应商的服务素质;供应商供应物料的价格,一定程度上决定了采购商产品的制造成本;供应商供应物料的品质,一定程度上决定了采购商产品的品质;供应商供应物料的时间,一定程度上决定了采购商产品的制造时间。如何对非生产采购供应商进行有效管理,对于加强制造企业自身的管理从而促进企业快速健康发展有着重要的意义。本文主要目标是以OT电梯公司为研究对象,对其非生产采购供应商管理进行研究探讨。目前,该企业在供应商管理上存在缺乏对供应商管理的分类及按照供应商类别制定实施的差别供应商管理策略;对供应商的控制力表现不足;在供应商的选择和评价上,公司缺乏一套科学客观的供应商选择评价体系等问题。本文就OT公司的非生产采购供应商管理现状进行了系统分析,针对目前公司供应商管理中存在的问题,结合供应商管理相关理论,提出了解决相应问题的建议,尤其是针对OT公司非生产采购供应商管理流程中存在的主要问题即缺乏一套科学客观的供应商选择和评价体系问题,建立了一套新的选择评价指标体系。本文旨在研究分析OT公司非生产采购供应商管理现状,发现问题的同时,提出解决实际问题的方案及对策。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the competition among enterprises in various industries is becoming more and more intense. And the main body of competition has also begun to change, from the original independent single enterprise, As the main node of the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises, the trend of supply chain is gradually changed to the diversification of the main body of the enterprise. The crucial role of non-production procurement suppliers for the overall development of the enterprise is often overlooked by management. Non-production procurement involves a variety of procurement categories, including equipment, logistics services, and administrative services, The scope of business covers almost all the departments of the enterprise, and plays a direct or indirect role in the overall operation of the enterprise. The qualifications of the supplier determine the service quality of the supplier, the price of the material supplied by the supplier, To a certain extent, it determines the manufacturing cost of the purchaser's products; the quality of the supplier's supplies; the quality of the purchaser's products to a certain extent; the time of the supplier's supply of the material; To some extent, it determines the manufacturing time of the buyer's products. How to effectively manage the non-production purchasing suppliers, It is of great significance to strengthen the management of manufacturing enterprises and promote the rapid and healthy development of enterprises. The main goal of this paper is to take OT Elevator Company as the research object, and to study the management of non-production purchasing suppliers. In the supplier management, the enterprise lacks the classification of supplier management and the different supplier management strategy according to the supplier category; it has insufficient control over the supplier; and in the selection and evaluation of the supplier, The company lacks a set of scientific and objective supplier selection and evaluation system. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the current situation of non-production procurement supplier management in OT Company, aiming at the problems existing in the company's supplier management. Combined with the relevant theories of supplier management, the paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the corresponding problems, especially for the main problems in the management process of non-production purchasing suppliers in OT Company, that is, the lack of a set of scientific and objective supplier selection and evaluation system. This paper aims to study and analyze the management status of non-production purchasing suppliers in OT Company, find out the problems, and put forward the solutions to the practical problems at the same time.
