【摘要】:物流已成为现代市场经济中的热门行业,成为各商家追逐的最新利益源泉,鉴于此,出现了专门从事物流的第三方物流企业。在物流网络中,配送中心连接着供货点和需求点,是两者之间的桥梁,搞好配送中心的选址将对物流系统作用的发挥乃至物流经济效益的提高产生重要的影响。随着经济的快速发展,物流需求的高速增长,为了更好地促进第三方物流企业的经济效益,,进一步降低社会物流成本,配送中心的选址规划迫在眉睫。 本文深入研究了第三方物流配送中心选址问题的背景、目的、意义,以及国内外现状,对配送中心选址问题的影响因素、遵循的原则等方面进行论述,对比选址问题常用方法的优缺点,选择了启发式算法。分析了第三方物流配送中心在物流供应链中的作用,设计了配送中心选址的双层规划模型。针对现实选址问题中,物流的需求量准确数值很难得到,本文运用模糊数学的原理,用三角模糊数表示客户的模糊需求量。双层规划是多目标规划的一种,在现实生活中具有很强的应用价值,能够很好地表述配送中心在供应链中的关系,不仅考虑了第三方物流决策者的核心利益,而且充分考虑了配送中心服务对象的核心利益,有利于处理配送中心和客户这对矛盾。论文对双层规划模型的求解理论进行了论述,选择非数值优化的方法。在进行智能算法选择时,通过对比常用智能算法的优缺点,遗传算法具有较好的鲁棒性、不受函数特性制约等优点,因此本文选择了遗传算法,并设计了基于遗传算法求解双层规划模型的方法。 本文通过分析第三方物流配送中心选址的特点,设计了模糊需求下第三方物流配送中心选址的双层规划模型,进而运用模糊数学的原理对模型进行了清晰化处理,然后设计了基于遗传算法求解双层规划模型的求解方法,最后通过算例验证了模型及求解算法的有效性,为第三方物流企业配送中心的选址工作提供一些参考。
[Abstract]:Logistics has become a hot industry in the modern market economy, has become the latest source of interest, the businessmen chase in view of this, the third party logistics enterprise specialized in logistics. In the logistics network, distribution center is connected with the supply and demand point, is the bridge between the two, good location of the distribution center will have an important the effect and economic benefits of logistics logistics system function improved. With the rapid development of economy, the rapid growth of logistics demand, in order to better promote the economic benefit of the third party logistics enterprises, to further reduce the cost of social logistics, distribution center location planning imminent.
This paper studies the third party logistics distribution center location of the background, purpose, significance, and domestic and international current situation, influencing factors of the location of the distribution center, on the principles discussed, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of common methods of location problem, the heuristic algorithm is analyzed. The role of third party logistics distribution center in supply chain, design a bi level programming model of distribution center location. According to the reality of the location problem, the accurate value of logistics demand are difficult to obtain, this paper applies the principle of fuzzy mathematics, fuzzy demand of customers represented by triangular fuzzy number. The bilevel programming is a kind of multi-objective programming, and has application value strong in real life, can well express distribution center in the supply chain, not only consider the core interests of the third party logistics decision makers, and fully consider the distribution The core interests of the service object is sent to the center, the contradiction to distribution centers and customers. This paper discusses the theory of Solving Bilevel Programming Model, selection method of non numerical optimization. In the intelligent algorithm, by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used intelligent algorithm, genetic algorithm has better robustness and is not affected by function characteristics restrict the advantages, so this paper chooses genetic algorithm, and design method of genetic algorithm for Solving Bilevel Programming Based on the model.
In this paper, through the analysis of the third party logistics distribution center location characteristics, design the location bi level programming model of the three party logistics distribution center under fuzzy demand, and then use the fuzzy mathematics principle of clear processing to the model, and then design the solving method of genetic algorithm to solve the bi level programming model based on an example verifies effectively the model and algorithm, and provide some reference for the distribution center of the third party logistics enterprise work site.
