【摘要】:随着经济全球化的持续蔓延以及中国经济发展水平的稳步提升,越来越多的国际工程承包企业参与到海外市场的项目管理与建设中。但就实际情况而论,同国外那些发展成熟,管理理念先进的工程承包商相比,国内企业的总体水平相对较低,尤其是一些国有大型海外工程承包企业,对供应链管理缺乏行之有效的手段和方法,在思维模式和管理体制上仍旧沿袭着计划经济时代粗放型经营套路,改革形式化,缺乏创新,特别是对以起桥梁和纽带作用而衔接国内与国外两部分,在供应链管理中居于核心位置并促使供应链中各组成部分紧密结合的物流环节而言,没有被引起足够的重视和注意,物流成本的节节攀升与企业利润的直线下降形成了鲜明的对比,没有物流规划,内部分工混乱,工作效率低下,缺少激励机制,所有这些都对企业的进一步发展以及国际竞争力的提升构成了威胁和阻碍,如果不正视这些问题,企业很难在竞争日益激烈的国际市场中有所作为。 本论文先就海外工程承包企业在物流管理方面的一般现状,特点和普遍存在的问题进行论述,为之后有针对性的描述作铺垫,然后以一家国企性质的国际工程承包企业Z公司的物流部为代表进行阐述和说明,通过例证剖析其内部在物流管理方面存在的主要问题,分析产生问题的原因以及对企业的影响,最后针对问题提出整合物流资源,明确分工与责任,完善系统建设,建立奖酬与激励机制等物流优化措施,旨在通过变革物流管理促进企业供应链的良性循环,改善企业的工作效率,提高企业的国际竞争实力,使企业的成本控制和利润增加达到预期的效果。同时,也希望此篇论文能够对其他同领域的企业有所帮助,以物流管理为突破口,推动国内企业整体水平的提局。 本论文采用的研究方法有文献归纳法,定量分析法,定性分析法,比较分析法,案例分析法等。
[Abstract]:With the continuous spread of economic globalization and the steady improvement of China's economic development level, more and more international engineering contracting enterprises are participating in project management and construction in overseas markets. Compared with the engineering contractors with advanced management concepts, the overall level of domestic enterprises is relatively low. Especially, some large state-owned overseas engineering contractors lack effective means and methods for supply chain management. In the mode of thinking and management system, it still follows the extensive management routine of the planned economy era, the reform is formalized, and it lacks innovation, especially to connect the domestic and foreign parts with the function of bridge and bond. In terms of logistics links that are at the core of supply chain management and promote the close integration of the various components of the supply chain, they have not attracted enough attention and attention. The rising cost of logistics is in sharp contrast to the plummeting profit of the enterprise. There is no logistics planning, the internal division of labor is chaotic, the work efficiency is low, and the incentive mechanism is lacking. All this poses a threat and hindrance to the further development of enterprises and the promotion of international competitiveness. If we do not face these problems, it is very difficult for enterprises to do something in the increasingly competitive international market. This paper first discusses the general situation, characteristics and common problems in logistics management of overseas engineering contracting enterprises, which pave the way for a targeted description. Then, taking the logistics department of Z Company, an international engineering contracting enterprise with the nature of state-owned enterprises, as the representative to elaborate and explain, the main problems in logistics management within the enterprise are analyzed through illustrations. This paper analyzes the causes of the problems and their influence on the enterprises, and finally puts forward some logistics optimization measures, such as integrating logistics resources, clarifying the division of labor and responsibilities, perfecting the system construction, establishing reward and incentive mechanisms, etc. The purpose of this paper is to promote the virtuous cycle of enterprise supply chain through the reform of logistics management, to improve the working efficiency of enterprises, to enhance the international competitive strength of enterprises, and to make the cost control and profit increase of enterprises achieve the expected effect. It is also hoped that this paper will be helpful to other enterprises in the same field and take logistics management as a breakthrough to promote the overall level of domestic enterprises. The research methods used in this paper are literature induction, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, comparative analysis, case analysis and so on.
