华欣公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:在全球一体化经济环境下,华欣公司不仅面临着外部压力,更面临着内部的困难。从外部来看,一方面存在着企业“孤岛型”以及装置规模不经济的问题,另一方面所生产的产品不但受到国内乳液法ABS和本体ABS的挤压还要受到PP、HIPS等替代品的挤压;从内部来看,一是工艺技术、工艺流程的不成熟致使生产运行非常不正常,二是产品质量不稳定、产品通用低端、市场客户接受程度差导致企业濒临亏损,三是企业管理水平低、企业文化不清晰以及粗放的管理模式和组织配置与现代企业管理水平的不相适应,四是缺乏解决核心技术关键问题能力以及人才供应链的突出矛盾。面对这一系列的问题,如果华欣公司仍要在激烈竞争的市场中求生存谋发展,就必须站在战略的高度来分析和审视华欣公司所处的内外环境的优势、劣势以及机会、威胁等情况,重新确定公司的战略定位和战略目标,并提出有效的战略实施措施。因此,研究华欣公司未来的发展战略,将成为公司最重要的一项任务。 本文通过运用战略管理的相关理论对华欣公司的外部环境和内部条件进行综合分析,挖掘出了企业问题的真正所在,寻找到了企业成功的关键因素和发展方向,制定了华欣公司的发展战略,并提出了实施企业未来发展的对策。该研究成果,对华欣公司以及其所属的集团公司的未来决策有较大的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In the context of global economic integration, Huaxin is facing not only external pressure, but also internal difficulties. From an external point of view, on the one hand, there are problems of "islanding" of enterprises and uneconomical scale of installations. On the other hand, the products produced are not only extruded by domestic emulsion process ABS and bulk ABS, but also extruded by substitutes such as PPP-hips. The second is the unstable quality of the products, the low end of the products in general, the poor acceptance of the market customers resulting in the enterprises being on the verge of losing money, and the third is the low level of enterprise management. The enterprise culture is not clear and the extensive management mode and organization configuration are not suitable for the modern enterprise management level. Fourth, the lack of the ability to solve the key problems of the core technology and the outstanding contradiction of the talent supply chain. In the face of this series of problems, If Huaxin still wants to survive and develop in a highly competitive market, it must analyze and examine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Huaxin's internal and external environment from a strategic perspective. Therefore, it is the most important task for Huaxin Company to study the future development strategy of Huaxin Company. Through the comprehensive analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of Huaxin Company by using the relevant theory of strategic management, this paper excavates the real problem of the enterprise, and finds out the key factors and development direction of the success of the enterprise. The development strategy of Huaxin Company is formulated, and the countermeasures to implement the future development of the enterprise are put forward. The research results are of great reference value to the future decision of Huaxin Company and its affiliated group company.
