我国汽车售后服务备件物流发展的障碍及改进对策

【摘要】：目前,汽车物流产业链主要由零部件物流、整车物流和售后服务备件物流三部分构成,其中汽车售后服务备件物流是其非常重要环节之一。随着我国汽车销量和市场保有量的逐年增长,汽车售后备件服务物流具有越来越广阔的发展空间和潜力。本文在分析我国汽车售后服务备件物流现状的基础上,找出其发展过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。
[Abstract]:At present, the automobile logistics industry chain mainly consists of three parts: spare parts logistics, whole vehicle logistics and after-sales service spare parts logistics. Automobile after-sales service spare parts logistics is one of its very important links. The automobile spare parts service logistics has more and more broad development space and potential. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the automobile after-sales service spare parts logistics in China, this paper finds out the problems existing in its development process, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
