基于SCOR模型的作业管理研究及仿真分析

【摘要】：借助供应链参考模型(SCOR)从改善作业流程角度构建作业管理体系,解决作业管理应用的局限性:孤立地分析单个作业;与战略管理脱节。为在企业内部应用SCOR模型,探讨了在企业内部引入供应链思想的原因及可行性;在作业分析环节,引入SCOR模型,分析绩效考核体系,从改善作业流程的角度建立作业管理体系;引入企业策略地图思想建立指标体系,将作业管理与企业战略目标相结合,扩大作业管理的应用范围。以一家火车卫生间制造商为对象,构建基于SCOR模型的作业管理体系,并以此为依据建立Petri网层次模型,利用ExSpect软件进行仿真评价。仿真结果表明,该方法从改善作业流程的角度分析了需改善的作业,同时简化了作业分析的工作。
[Abstract]:With the aid of supply chain reference model (SCOR), we construct a job management system from the point of view of improving the job flow, solve the limitations of the application of job management, such as analyzing a single job in isolation, disjoint with strategic management, in order to apply the SCOR model within an enterprise. This paper discusses the reasons and feasibility of introducing the supply chain thought into the enterprise, introduces the SCOR model, analyzes the performance appraisal system, and establishes the activity management system from the angle of improving the work flow. This paper introduces the idea of enterprise strategy map to establish the index system, combines the job management with the enterprise strategic goal, and expands the application scope of the job management. Taking a train toilet manufacturer as the object, the paper constructs the job management system based on the SCOR model. On the basis of this, the hierarchical model of Petri net is established, and the simulation evaluation is carried out by using ExSpect software. The simulation results show that this method analyzes the jobs to be improved from the point of view of improving the job flow, and simplifies the work of job analysis at the same time.
