二维火供应链采购平台运营后台系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:餐饮行业的互联网信息化是当前社会的热点问题,通过团购、外卖、点餐、在线买单、营销互动等,实现线上线下融合,可以节省经营成本,提高服务效率,但是对于食品原材料的信息化管理尚且没有一个实际有效的解决方案。目前,食品原料在各大电商平台上均有销售,但是远远无法满足餐饮商户的采购需求,而且不同于其他商品,食品原料牵扯到的是人命关天的大事,但是现有的电商平台缺乏对供应商的资质审核和对食品原料的质量监管,食品安全并没有得到有效的保障。二维火供应链采购平台是专注于食品原料的线上销售平台,针对现有电商平台对于食品安全监管不足的问题,以及考虑到实际运营的需要,本文提出并实现了为采购平台提供运营管理的运营后台系统。该系统提出了标准原料分类和标准原料的概念作为平台商品的标准,将商户的商品原料分门别类,每种商品原料对应唯一的标准原料,这样可以有效避免商品市场的混乱,并且有利于运营管理。申请入驻的商家必须经过资质审核,审核通过并交纳平台保证金后方可上架商品,商品上架前同样要经过审核,相比其他电商平台,这种模式可以过滤不合格的商家和商品,从供货源头保证食品安全。此外,该系统还提出了以平台作为第三方仲裁交易纠纷的模式,平台方根据买家投诉和线上线下调查进行投诉处理,可使用商家交纳的保证金对买家进行赔付,从而有效维护买卖双方的合法权益。运营后台系统基于b/s模式,以http请求划分前端和服务端。通过技术调研,服务端采用SSM框架、dubbo分布式框架和Solr搜索引擎等进行开发,前端则使用html+css+javascript以及velocity模板技术。该系统采用面向服务的体系结构,将应用程序的不同功能单元通过良好定义的接口,以服务的形式对外暴露,通过API层实现前后端交互,API层的开发统一遵循REST风格。采用上述技术和体系结构,可以减少页面加载时间,降低系统响应时间,有效提高系统的可靠性和稳定性。运营后台系统上线后,运行流畅,功能性需求和性能指标均达到预期,显著地提高了运营管理的效率。
[Abstract]:The Internet informatization of catering industry is a hot issue in the current society. Through group buying, take-out, ordering, online paying, marketing interaction and so on, the integration of online and offline can save operating costs and improve service efficiency. However, there is still no practical and effective solution to the information management of food raw materials. At present, food raw materials are sold on all major e-commerce platforms, but they are far from being able to meet the purchasing needs of catering merchants. What's more, unlike other commodities, food raw materials are related to people's lives, but the existing e-commerce platforms lack the qualification audit of suppliers and the quality control of food raw materials. Food safety has not been effectively safeguarded. The two-dimensional fire supply chain purchasing platform is an online sales platform focused on food raw materials, aiming at the inadequate regulation of food safety by the existing e-commerce platforms, as well as considering the need for practical operation. This paper puts forward and realizes the operation background system which provides the operation management for the purchasing platform. The system puts forward the classification of the standard raw materials and the concept of the standard raw materials as the standard of the platform commodities, and classifies the commodity raw materials of the merchants into categories. Each commodity raw material corresponds to the only standard raw material, which can effectively avoid confusion in the commodity market and is conducive to operation management. The products can only be put on the shelves after they have passed the examination and paid a deposit on the platform. The products also have to be audited before they are put on the shelves. Compared with other e-commerce platforms, this mode can filter out unqualified businesses and commodities, and ensure food safety from the source of supply. The system also puts forward the model of using the platform as the third party to arbitrate the dispute. The platform side can deal with the complaint according to the buyer's complaint and the online and offline investigation, and can use the deposit paid by the merchant to compensate the buyer. In order to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, the operation background system is based on the B / S model, and divides the front end and service end by http request. Through technical investigation, the service side adopts the SSM framework dubbo distributed framework and Solr search engine for development. The front-end uses html css javascript and velocity template technology. The system uses a service-oriented architecture to expose the different functional units of an application through a well-defined interface in the form of a service. Using the above technology and architecture, the page loading time and system response time can be reduced, and the system response time can be reduced by using the above technology and architecture. After the operation backstage system is put on line, the running is smooth, the functional requirements and performance indexes are up to expectations, and the efficiency of operation management is improved significantly.
