服务供应链视角下服务集成商竞争力影响因素实证研究

【摘要】:服务外包的不断成熟和大型服务企业的不断出现,服务企业之间开始进行紧密合作,形成了以服务集成商为核心的企业链条。同时,服务业的迅猛发展以及当代经济的服务化也增加了市场环境的开放性和复杂性,塑造企业的竞争力成为战略管理的主要任务。而服务供应链是以服务为导向的集成供应链,是服务集成商系统运作和协同发展的重要载体,因此,在服务供应链视角下研究服务集成商对其提升竞争力、获取持续竞争优势具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。 理论界目前对服务供应链的研究仍处在探索阶段,,并没有形成服务供应链中服务集成商竞争力及其影响因素的相关研究成果。实践中也存在一些现象和问题:为何顾客的需求逐渐转向服务集成商,而不再选择地域局限、功能单一的服务提供商?服务集成商是通过哪些途径提升自身竞争力的?服务集成商有哪些竞争优势?基于服务供应链视角,结合产品供应链理论、竞争理论和服务创新理论,对服务集成商竞争力的内涵及形成机理进行了分析,进而构建其概念模型并通过问卷调查获取和整理数据加以结构方程实证分析,以丰富服务供应链竞争力理论,解释和解决服务供应链竞争现象和问题。 实证研究结果发现,服务集成商协同力与竞争力之间呈现正相关关系,服务集成商整合力及组织力和竞争力之间呈现正相关关系。同时,服务集成商创新力与竞争力、协同力与整合力、整合力与组织力之间均具有显著正向关系。虽然服务集成商创新力在服务集成商协同力与竞争力之间中介作用较弱,但在服务集成商整合力以及组织力和竞争力之间中介作用较强。低成本竞争优势正向调节服务集成商协同力与竞争力之间的关系,高服务差异化竞争优势正向调节服务集成商组织力与创新力之间的关系。 最后,提出服务集成商竞争力培育机制和合理化建议:加强服务供应链管理,重视和培育服务供应链竞争力;提升服务创新能力,构建服务集成商竞争力有效途径;实施低成本和高服务差异化战略,培育服务集成商竞争优势。以帮助服务集成商合理而有效的改善竞争现状、构建服务集成商竞争机制、实现服务供应链整体竞争优势和经营绩效。
[Abstract]:With the continuous maturity of service outsourcing and the emergence of large service enterprises, service enterprises begin to cooperate closely and form a chain of enterprises with service integrators as the core. The rapid development of service industry and the service of contemporary economy also increase the openness and complexity of the market environment. Shaping the competitiveness of enterprises becomes the main task of strategic management, and the service supply chain is a service-oriented integrated supply chain. It is an important carrier of service integrator system operation and collaborative development. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study service integrator to enhance its competitiveness and obtain sustainable competitive advantage from the perspective of service supply chain. The research on service supply chain is still in the exploratory stage. There are some phenomena and problems in practice: why the customer's demand gradually turns to the service integrator, instead of choosing the geographical limitation, and there are no related research results on the competitiveness of service integrator and its influencing factors in the service supply chain. A single service provider? How do service integrators improve their competitiveness? What are the competitive advantages of service integrators? Based on the view of service supply chain, combined with product supply chain theory, competition theory and service innovation theory, this paper analyzes the connotation and formation mechanism of service integrator's competitiveness. Then the conceptual model is constructed and the data are collected and collated by questionnaire to make empirical analysis of structural equations to enrich the theory of service supply chain competitiveness and to explain and solve the competition phenomena and problems of service supply chain. The empirical results show that there is a positive correlation between service integrator synergy and competitiveness, a positive correlation between service integrator integration and organization and competitiveness, and a positive correlation between service integrator innovation and competitiveness. There is a significant positive relationship between synergy and integration, integration and organization, although the innovation ability of service integrator has a weak intermediary effect between service integrator synergy and competitiveness. But the integration ability of service integrator and the intermediary function between organization and competitiveness are strong. Low cost competitive advantage positively adjusts the relationship between service integrator synergy and competitiveness. The competitive advantage of high service differentiation positively regulates the relationship between organization and innovation of service integrators. Finally, the paper puts forward the cultivation mechanism and rational suggestions of service integrator competitiveness: strengthening service supply chain management, emphasizing and cultivating service supply chain competitiveness, enhancing service innovation ability, constructing effective way of service integrator competitiveness; Implement the strategy of low cost and high service differentiation, cultivate the competitive advantage of service integrator, help the service integrator to improve the competition situation reasonably and effectively, and construct the competition mechanism of service integrator. Realize the overall competitive advantage and management performance of service supply chain.
