基于博弈理论的供应链联盟知识共享研究

【摘要】：随着科技和信息技术的高速发展,资本经济不再是经济发展的主流,知识经济的主导地位越来越凸显,成为企业竞争和可持续发展的重要资源,逐渐将此投入到管理理论和实践当中。随着知识经济的发展,组织之间的相互关系越来越密切,单个企业间的竞争逐步被弱化,而供应链联盟间的竞争却进入到了白热化状态,因此供应链联盟的受重视程度逐步提高。知识逐渐成为供应链联盟的战略资源,将知识管理应用到供应链联盟上,可利用联盟知识的优势互补,增强企业的知识量和知识创新,提高企业的竞争力,更有效的应对市场环境的快速变化。而供应链联盟知识共享则是管理的核心内容,但由于知识差异、联盟特性以及联盟合作效应等多方因素的制约,使得供应链联盟知识共享决策机制仍然存在较多弊端。因此深入探索供应链联盟知识共享显得十分重要。故本文从以下五方面,在博弈理论的基础上,深入探索供应链联盟知识共享决策:(1)本文从供应链联盟知识共享的研究背景和意义出发,通过对相关文献综述的概括总结,明确本文的研究内容、研究方法及技术路线。(2)明确本文研究内容,给出相关理论概述,包括供应链和供应链联盟、知识和知识共享、供应链联盟知识共享定义及特征、博弈理论概述、假设及研究方法、供应链联盟知识共享中的博弈关系等。(3)本文明确构建了影响供应链联盟知识共享的三个维度因素——共享意愿、能力及知识特性,并明确指出对称型、非对称型供应链联盟知识共享的特点及相适应的博弈模型。(4)在上述供应链联盟知识共享类型的基础上,分别提出对称型和非对称型供应链联盟知识共享的理论假设和影响因素,最终构建出对称型供应链联盟知识共享的演化博弈模型以及非对称型供应链联盟知识共享博弈的斯塔克尔伯格博弈模型。(5)根据上述不同类型的博弈理论模型,得出对称型供应链联盟知识共享演化博弈均衡结果以及非对称型供应链联盟知识共享斯坦克尔伯格博弈均衡结果,通过分析上述结果,明确不同类型的供应链联盟知识共享决策的重要影响因素,然后给出相应政策建议,最终对对称和非对称型进行对比分析总结。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and information technology, the capital economy is no longer the mainstream of economic development, and the leading position of knowledge economy is becoming more and more prominent, which has become an important resource for enterprise competition and sustainable development. With the development of knowledge economy, the relationship between organizations is getting closer and closer, the competition among individual enterprises is gradually weakened, but the competition among supply chain alliances has entered into a state of hyperthermia. Knowledge has gradually become the strategic resource of supply chain alliance. Applying knowledge management to supply chain alliance can make use of the complementary advantages of alliance knowledge and enhance the amount of knowledge and knowledge innovation of enterprises. In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and cope with the rapid change of market environment more effectively, knowledge sharing of supply chain alliance is the core content of management, but because of the knowledge difference, alliance characteristic and alliance cooperation effect, etc. Therefore, it is very important to explore the knowledge sharing of supply chain alliance in depth. Therefore, this paper based on the game theory from the following five aspects, Based on the background and significance of knowledge sharing in supply chain alliance, this paper makes clear the research content of this paper by summarizing the related literature. The research method and technical route. 2) make clear the research content of this paper, and give a summary of relevant theories, including supply chain and supply chain alliance, knowledge and knowledge sharing, definition and characteristics of supply chain alliance knowledge sharing, and game theory. Hypothesis and research method, game relation in knowledge sharing of supply chain alliance, etc.) this paper clearly constructs three dimension factors that affect knowledge sharing in supply chain alliance-sharing willingness, ability and knowledge characteristics, and points out the symmetry type. On the basis of the above types of knowledge sharing in supply chain alliances, the theoretical assumptions and influencing factors of knowledge sharing in symmetric and asymmetric supply chain alliances are put forward respectively. Finally, the evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing in symmetric supply chain alliance and Stackelberg game model of knowledge sharing game in asymmetric supply chain alliance are constructed. The results of knowledge sharing evolutionary game equilibrium of symmetric supply chain alliance and Stankelberg game equilibrium result of asymmetric supply chain alliance knowledge sharing are obtained. The important influencing factors of different types of supply chain alliance knowledge sharing decision are defined, and the corresponding policy recommendations are given. Finally, the symmetry and asymmetry types are compared and summarized.
