大型跨国公司基于供应链理论的现金流分析与优化

【摘要】：随着时代的发展和社会生产力及相关技术的迅速提升,世界经济一体化的现象越发明显,而大型跨国公司则是这一现象的具体体现。这些跨国公司都以所在国为基础,在世界上很多国家设立子公司,实现跨国经营。并在其主要的国家市场中,实现了生产、销售、采购、研发、运营的本地化。由于这些跨国公司往往体量庞大,从事多元化的生产和经营,拥有大量的现金作为企业运营的基础。由于资金本身的重要性以及大型跨国公司的规模效应,对其现金流进行有效的管理在目前的经济大环境中显得越发的重要。近十年来供应链管理理论中的供应链金融无论是在理论和实践上都有了长足的发展,很多银行和企业也在这个领域做出了许多开拓性的工作,这也是目前金融领域创新的焦点之一。同时在过去的几年间我国的很多企业和银行也开始在这个领域进行有益的尝试,并取得了很多成果。这里要说明的是供应链金融的核心就是各个企业自身的资金需求和管理,以保证企业的日常经营和未来发展。也只有各个企业对于自身资金需求有着充分的认识和了解,才能更好的推动供应链金融的发展及其相关的供应链以及金融领域的创新。本文基于目前大型跨国公司对于资金管理尤其是现金流管理与预测的现状分析需要,结合X公司的现金流预测管理现状的具体例子,指出了当前大多数公司里面的都有对于自有资金的管理问题。本文提出了现金供应链的概念,其流向正好是当前供应链的反向。通过对问题产生原因的分析,提出以供应链管理理论中时间序列模型、安全库存等理论和大数据分析为基础的现金流预测与管理解决方案,并为企业创造更多价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times and the rapid improvement of social productivity and related technologies, the phenomenon of the integration of the world economy has become more and more obvious, and the large transnational corporations are the concrete embodiment of this phenomenon. These transnational corporations are based on the host countries, They set up subsidiaries in many countries in the world to achieve transnational operations. And in their major national markets, they have achieved localization of production, sales, procurement, research and development, and operations. Engaged in diversified production and operation, with a large amount of cash as the basis for business operations. Due to the importance of the capital itself and the scale effect of large multinational corporations, The effective management of its cash flow is becoming more and more important in the current economic environment. In the last ten years, the supply chain finance in the supply chain management theory has made great progress in both theory and practice. Many banks and enterprises have also done a lot of pioneering work in this field, which is also one of the focuses of innovation in the field of finance. At the same time, in the past few years, many enterprises and banks in our country have also started to make useful attempts in this field. And has made a lot of achievements. What we want to explain here is that the core of supply chain finance is the capital needs and management of each enterprise itself. In order to ensure the daily operation and future development of enterprises, only individual enterprises have a full understanding and understanding of their own capital needs, In order to better promote the development of supply chain finance and related supply chain and financial innovation. Combined with the concrete examples of cash flow forecasting management in X Company, this paper points out that most companies have the problem of managing their own funds. This paper puts forward the concept of cash supply chain. The flow direction is exactly the reverse of the current supply chain. Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems, the paper puts forward a cash flow forecasting and management solution based on the time series model in the supply chain management theory, the safe inventory theory and big data's analysis. And for the enterprise to create more value.
