华圣果业公司鲜苹果采购管理研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化进程的加快,企业之间竞争日趋激烈。企业要想在市场中立于不败之地,不仅要在生产、销售环节上不断改进,而且要在采购上挖掘潜力。尤其对于鲜果经营企业来说,原料果质量是企业生存发展的瓶颈,能否采购到符合要求的原料果,在一定程度上能够帮助企业提高核心竞争力。本文基于上述背景进行选题。 本文通过对华圣果业公司鲜苹果采购管理的调查,运用采购管理和供应链管理的相关理论,就华圣果业公司鲜苹果采购管理中存在的原料果质量问题进行分析,认为长期以来原料果质量不合格率居高不下的原因主要有两方面:(1)华圣果业公司采用“公司+代理商+果农”的采购模式,使得公司对采购环节难以控制,从而导致高价低质;(2)没有建立有效的果品供应链,导致能够符合高端市场要求的优质果率低,优质原料少,给公司的采购工作带来巨大困难。 本文通过对果品行业现有的各种采购模式的分析,结合华圣果业公司的实际情况,认为作为果品经销商的华圣果业公司要想提高原料果的质量,既要创新采购模式,又要建立有效的果品供应链。论文从组织结构、采购流程和供应商管理三个方面对新旧采购模式进行分析对比,认为“公司+服务员+果农”的新模式从根本上改变了旧模式中的不可控性,将旧模式下的“订果园、谈价格、控质量”等采购关键环节由代理商操作变为由公司操作,从而增加公司对采购环节的控制;通过建立有效的果品供应链,将果品资料供应商、果品生产商、果品经销商、果品零售商和最终消费者有效地结合成一体来提供果品,从源头上提高果品质量,打造稳定的优质原料供应环节,降低交易成本和生产成本,提高供应链上贸易伙伴的经济效益,,从而采购到质优价廉的原料果,以帮助企业提高核心竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. If enterprises want to remain invincible in the market, they must not only improve their production and sales links, Especially for fresh fruit business enterprises, the quality of raw materials and fruit is the bottleneck of the survival and development of enterprises. To some extent, it can help enterprises to improve their core competitiveness. Based on the investigation of the purchasing management of fresh apple in Huasheng Fruit Company and the relevant theories of purchasing management and supply chain management, this paper analyzes the quality of raw material fruit in the purchasing management of fresh apple in Huasheng Fruit Company. It is believed that for a long time the unqualified rate of raw material fruit quality has been high mainly because of two aspects: 1) Huaseng Fruit Company adopted the purchasing mode of "company agent fruit farmer", which made it difficult for the company to control the purchasing link. As a result, there is no effective fruit supply chain, which can meet the requirements of high quality market, low quality fruit rate and low quality raw materials, which brings great difficulties to the purchasing work of the company. Based on the analysis of the existing purchasing modes in fruit industry and the actual situation of Huasheng Fruit Company, this paper holds that Huasheng Fruit Company, as a fruit distributor, should innovate its purchasing mode in order to improve the quality of raw fruit. In order to establish an effective fruit supply chain, the paper analyzes and compares the old and new purchasing modes from three aspects: organizational structure, purchasing process and supplier management. It is considered that the new model of "waiters and fruit growers" has fundamentally changed the uncontrollability of the old model, and changed the purchasing key links from agent operation to company operation, such as "ordering orchards, talking about price and controlling quality" in the old model. In order to increase the company's control over the procurement process; by establishing an effective fruit supply chain, fruit information suppliers, fruit producers, fruit dealers, fruit retailers and final consumers are effectively integrated to provide the fruit. From the source to improve the quality of fruit, create a stable supply of high-quality raw materials, reduce transaction costs and production costs, improve the economic benefits of trading partners in the supply chain, thus purchasing high-quality and cheap raw materials fruit, To help enterprises improve their core competitiveness.
