我国农产品价格波动成因及发展对策研究

【摘要】：农产品是居民生活最基本的保证,农产品价格的不稳定,应该引起全社会的深思。由于我国农业人口所占比重直线下降、城乡收入差距大、信息不对称等原因引起农产品价格上涨,价格上涨农户本身应该受益,但是实际上农户并没有得到实惠,利润被中间环节层层分解,农户对农业的生产热情下降,消费者生活受到影响。因此,我国需要完善农产品市场运行机制和价格监管机制,建立健全风险管理体系,重建农产品供应链,扩大农业产业链,降低流通成本,提高农户收益,促进我国农业生产安全、持续、稳定增长。
[Abstract]:Agricultural products are the most basic guarantee of residents' lives. The instability of agricultural products prices should cause deep thinking in the whole society. As the proportion of agricultural population in China has plummeted, the income gap between urban and rural areas is wide. Information asymmetry and other reasons cause agricultural product prices to rise, the farmers themselves should benefit from the price rise, but in fact, the farmers have not benefited, the profits have been broken down layer by layer by the intermediate links, and the farmers' enthusiasm for agricultural production has declined. Therefore, our country needs to perfect the operating mechanism and price supervision mechanism of agricultural products market, establish and perfect the risk management system, rebuild the supply chain of agricultural products, expand the agricultural industrial chain, and reduce the circulation cost. Improve peasant household income, promote our country agricultural production safety, sustained, steady growth.
