【摘要】：正2月25日至26日,欧盟成员国主管农业和渔业的部长在布鲁塞尔开会,就马肉冒充牛肉引发的"马肉风波"商讨对策。法国、德国、奥地利、英国、葡萄牙等国农业部长们大都认为,当前保障食品安全的关键是:要对所有进入商品流通领域的食品贴上标签,这样才可能找到问题食品的污染源。但也有专家指出,考虑到肉类行业供应链监管不力,这个方案的可行性不大。
