【摘要】:供应商管理是供应链管理的重要内容之一。对于外贸采购型公司来说,企业的主要业务是根据客户要求进行物料的采购,所以高水平的供应商管理能力不但可以提高客户满意度,还有助于提高供应商对需求的响应敏捷性,从而保证公司的采购质量,降低采购成本,最终达到增强外贸采购公司的竞争优势,提高其在供应链中地位的目的。 本文以外贸行业中的A外贸采购公司为研究对象,在对外贸行业现状及A公司的业务现状进行剖析的基础上,提出了A公司在供应商管理上面临采购成本过高、供货产品质量不稳定和供应商交货不及时三个方面的问题。然后,运用供应商管理相关理论方法,从供应商选择和评价、供应商分类以及供应商发展三个角度对上述问题进行原因分析。最后,提出了优化供应商的选择与评价制度、优化供应商分类管理以及改进公司供应商发展和管理制度等三方面的对策建议,以期A外贸采购公司能通过自身供应商管理的优化来改进采购成本、质量和交期方面的绩效指标,最终增强企业的市场竞争力。
[Abstract]:Supplier management is one of the important contents of supply chain management. For foreign trade purchasing companies, the main business of enterprises is to purchase materials according to the requirements of customers. Therefore, a high level of supplier management ability can not only improve customer satisfaction, but also improve the responsiveness of suppliers to demand, thereby ensuring the quality of the company's procurement and reducing procurement costs. Finally, the purpose of strengthening the competitive advantage of the foreign trade purchasing company and improving its position in the supply chain is achieved. This paper takes A foreign trade purchasing company in the foreign trade industry as the research object, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of foreign trade industry and the business situation of A company, it points out that company A faces too high purchasing cost in supplier management. There are three problems: the instability of the product quality and the untimely delivery of the supplier. Then, the selection and evaluation of the supplier is carried out from the supplier selection and evaluation by using the relevant theories and methods of supplier management. The causes of the above problems are analyzed from the three angles of supplier classification and supplier development. Finally, the selection and evaluation system of optimized supplier is put forward. To optimize the supplier classification management and improve the company's supplier development and management system, so that A foreign trade procurement company can improve the procurement cost through the optimization of its own supplier management. Quality and delivery of performance indicators, and ultimately enhance the competitiveness of the market.
