巴音学院供应链管理实训系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：由于现代科技的飞速发展,人们对于知识、教育也是越来越重视。对于教育事业的要求也就越来越高,传统的理论教学模式已经逐渐被人们抛弃,取而代之的是实践与理论相结合的教育模式。这一点在供应链管理教学方面的体现尤为明显,巴音学院原有的供应链管理教学模式不能满足学生对于实践的要求,所以它已经不能满足现在社会发展的需求,巴音学院迫切需要一个供应链管理模拟教学系统来帮助解决这一问题,从而提升学院的教学质量。巴音学院供应链管理实训系统参照巴音学院的实际教学情况,同时借鉴现在类似系统在设计时所采用的技术方法,确立本系统的技术架构。首先系统采用目前非常流行的B/S架构,并且使用模型-视图-控制三层模式进行设计,在设计过程中,还采用了J2EE架构以及Struts2和Hibernate技术进行设计。系统采用的数据库也是现在比较普及的SQL SERVER 2012。巴音学院供应链管理实训系统实现的核心业务主要有：基础资料管理、生产管理、采购管理、仓储管理、销售管理、配送管理。基础资料管理功能模块实现对本企业基本信息、客户信息、供应商信息、物流公司信息、物料信息、仓库信息、部门信息、员工信息、车间信息、BOM信息等的录入和管理,并且能够系统模板对部门、员工、仓库、物流、客户等的信息进行数据导入。生产管理功能模块实现的功能有生产订单管理、MRP操作、生产管理三个主要功能。采购管理功能主要实现采购计划单、采购订单录入、采购订单处理、采购订单查询、收货单录入、收货单处理、收货单查询。配送管理功能主要实现配送作业管理和结算管理两个功能。希望巴音学院通过使用这个供应链管理实训系统能够真正解决学生对于供应链管理的实践要求,提高学生对供应链管理的深层认识与理解。同时也能使巴音学院的供应链管理教学水平更进一步,成为国内院校供应链管理教学的领头羊。

It is hoped that Bayin College can really solve the practical requirements of supply chain management by using this supply chain management training system. At the same time, it can further improve the teaching level of supply chain management in Bayin College, and become the leader of supply chain management teaching in domestic colleges and universities.
