Y化妆品公司供应链绩效评价及改进研究

【摘要】:贸易的全球化带动国际化分工的形成,市场竞争的模式已经从企业之间的竞争转向供应链之间的竞争,企业要想提升其产品的生产能力,就有必要提升其供应链的整体竞争优势。供应链管理绩效评价是供应链管理的重要内容之一,它能够衡量供应链目标的实现程度,从而为各相关企业的管理者提供信息支持。 基于此,本文对Y化妆品公司的供应链管理绩效进行了研究。在对Y化妆品公司的供应链管理现状进行剖析的基础上,本文构建了Y公司供应链管理绩效评价指标体系,并利用AHP方法构建了一个评价模型,以对Y公司供应链管理绩效进行评价,从而寻找影响Y公司供应链管理绩效的关键因素,以采取针对性策略以提升其供应链管理绩效。 通过以上研究发现,Y公司在总资产周转率、负债率、产品合格率、与供应商关系等方面存在不足,使得其利用AHP方法得到的评价不是很高。最终,从本文提出的评价模型出发,综合考虑供应链管理的内部、外部及整体评价指标的变化,给出了一些针对性的建议,例如:减少主要物料库存,优化供应商,共享产品销售计划和销售量信息等,从而有效的提升了公司的供应链管理绩效。
[Abstract]:The globalization of trade has led to the formation of international division of labor. The mode of market competition has shifted from competition among enterprises to competition between supply chains. Enterprises want to enhance their production capacity of their products. It is necessary to enhance the overall competitive advantage of its supply chain. Supply chain management performance evaluation is one of the important contents of supply chain management, it can measure the degree of realization of supply chain objectives, thus providing information support for managers of relevant enterprises. Based on this, this paper studies the performance of supply chain management of Y Cosmetics Company. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of supply chain management of Y Cosmetics Company, this paper constructs the performance evaluation index system of supply chain management of Y Cosmetics Company. An evaluation model is constructed by using the AHP method to evaluate the performance of supply chain management in Y Company, so as to find the key factors that affect the performance of supply chain management of Y Company, and to adopt targeted strategies to improve the performance of supply chain management. Through the above research, it is found that there are some deficiencies in the total assets turnover ratio, debt ratio, product qualified rate, relationship with suppliers and so on, which makes the evaluation obtained by using AHP method not very high. Based on the evaluation model proposed in this paper, considering the changes of internal, external and overall evaluation indexes of supply chain management, some specific suggestions are given, such as reducing the inventory of main materials, optimizing suppliers, and so on. Share product sales plan and sales information, thus effectively improve the company's supply chain management performance.
