基于复杂性视角的供应链风险控制研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化,供应链复杂性显著增加,风险也随之上升并愈难控制。事实上,复杂性与风险是密不可分、紧密关联的,然而当前对供应链复杂性与风险的研究是互相割裂的,极少文献深入分析它们之间的内在联系。在此背景下,本文研究基于复杂性视角的供应链的风险控制,十分必要且有着积极的现实意义。本文主要包括六章:第一章绪论;第二章供应链系统及其复杂性分析;第三章供应链复杂性度量方法;第四章供应链复杂性与风险的关系;第五章基于MAS的供应链风险控制研究;第六章总结与展望。本文在归纳了两大类供应链复杂性度量方法之后,通过对它们的多维度的比较分析,总结各自的适用范围与优缺点,并利用结构复杂性的度量方法评估了WXTP叶片公司在供应重组之后的供应链复杂性变化。在研究供应链复杂性对供应链风险的影响机制时,本文分析了大量文献资料,归纳出了供应链复杂性对风险的直接影响路径和以管理模式为中间变量的间接影响路径。在这基础上构建了基于复杂性的供应链风险评估指标体系,通过使用AHP方法,定量评价了WXTP叶片公司的供应链风险。为了从源头控制供应链风险,本文从复杂性的视角,结合复杂性度量和供应链风险评估等理论方法,提出了基于MAS的供应链风险控制方法。该风险控制方法首先定义5个Agent并赋予它们各自功能,然后设计了一个风险识别、复杂性识别、措施评估、风险控制的流程。结合实际应用模拟仿真表明,该方法对于控制供应链风险具有较好的价值。
[Abstract]:With the economic globalization, supply chain complexity significantly increased, also increased the risk and more difficult to control. In fact, complexity and risk are inextricably linked, closely related, but current research on supply chain complexity and risk are mutually separated, few literature deeply analysis of internal relations between them. Under this background, the complexity of risk from the perspective of supply chain control based on this research, it is necessary and has a positive practical significance. This paper mainly includes six chapters: the first chapter is introduction; the second chapter analysis of supply chain system and the complexity of the supply chain; the third chapter complexity measure method; the fourth chapter is the relationship between supply chain complexity and risk; the fifth chapter is based on the supply of MAS risk control chain; the sixth chapter is summary and prospect. In this paper summarized two categories of supply chain complexity measure method, through multiple dimensions of their ratio Compared with the analysis, summed up the scope of their respective advantages and disadvantages, and the use of methods to measure the structural complexity assessment of changes in the complexity of supply chain in the supply after the reorganization of WXTP company. The leaves on the research of supply chain complexity influence mechanism on the supply chain risk, this paper analyzes a large number of literature, summed up the path directly affects the complexity of supply chain the risk and management mode for the intermediate variables indirectly influence path. On the basis of building a supply chain risk evaluation index system based on complexity, by using the AHP method, the quantitative evaluation of supply chain risk WXTP leaves the company. In order to control the source of supply chain risk, this paper from the angle of view of complexity, the complexity measurement and evaluation of supply chain risk theory, puts forward the supply chain risk control method based on MAS. The risk control method defines 5 Agent and Fu Each function is given, and then a risk identification, complexity identification, measure evaluation and risk control process are designed. Combined with practical application, simulation shows that this method is of great value for controlling supply chain risk.
