闭环供应链混合回收渠道模型及协调研究

【摘要】:随着社会的发展,传统的粗放式经济发展模式所带来的弊病越来越明显,甚至到了威胁到人类社会的发展。政府开始把目光瞄向废旧产品,制定相关的政策法规,要求企业回收废旧产品。企业也将逆向供应链所回收的废旧产品产生的价值作为企业的新的利润来源。如何将正向闭环供应链与逆向供应链并合成一条完整的闭环供应链已经成为学术界研究的热点。 文章的研究主要由三个部分构成。第一部分总结相关文献成果,介绍了传统废旧产品回收四种模式——制造商回收、制造商委托零售商回收和第三方负责回收及混合回收这四中渠道回收模式的特征,提出由制造商和零售商以及零售商和回收中心共同的双渠道回收模式。第二部分别建立由制造商、零售商共同回收废旧品和零售商、回收中心联合回收废旧品两种混合回收模型,通过比较上述两种模型在分散决策与集中决策下的闭环供应利润,发现分散决策存在边际效应,并用收益费用契约机制分别对两种混合回收模型进行协调,,使闭环供应链系统利润达到最优。第三部分对比分散决策下,制造商和零售商共同回收模式和制造商委托零售商和回收中心联合回收模式的闭环供应链的效率,得出了相关结论,并通过设计算例验证结论。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the disadvantages brought by the traditional extensive economic development model are becoming more and more obvious, even threatening the development of human society. The enterprise also takes the value of the waste products recovered from the reverse supply chain as the new profit source of the enterprise. How to combine the forward closed-loop supply chain and the reverse supply chain into a complete closed chain. Ring supply chain has become a hot spot of academic research. The research of this paper is mainly composed of three parts. The first part summarizes the related literature achievements and introduces four models of traditional waste product recycling-manufacturer recycling. The manufacturer entrusts retailers and third parties with the responsibility of recycling and mixing the characteristics of the four channels for recycling, A dual-channel recovery model is proposed, which is shared by manufacturers and retailers as well as retailers and recycling centers. The second part establishes that manufacturers and retailers jointly recycle used and used products and retailers. By comparing the closed-loop supply profit of the above two models under decentralized and centralized decision, the marginal effect of decentralized decision is found. In order to optimize the profit of the closed-loop supply chain system, the profit of the closed-loop supply chain system is optimized by using the revenue-cost contract mechanism respectively. The efficiency of closed-loop supply chain with manufacturer / retailer recovery model and manufacturer entrustment retailer and recycling center model is discussed. The relevant conclusions are obtained and verified by a design example.
